Abstract
본 발명은 양면 자연석블록의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 블록성형틀과 미장틀을 이용하여 양면 자연석블록을 건식으로 제조하는 방법이다.
미장틀에 자연석을 배치하고 파라핀왁스채움재로 자연석을 미장틀에 고착시킨 후 색모르타르를 도포하여 블록성형틀 내에 미리 조립하고, 시멘트모르타르를 타설하여 유압성형기로 가압진동을 부가하여 시멘트모르타르·자연석·색모르타르를 일체로 성형한 후 블록성형틀을 분리하고 일정 기간 양생한다.
양생이 완료된 후 자연석블록과 미장틀을 분리하고 건조시켜 양면 자연석블록을 완성한다.
이와 같이 블록성형틀 내에 미장틀을 미리 조립한 후 시멘트모르타르를 타설하므로 제조공정에 가압진동을 부가할 수 있고, 시멘트블록 내부에 보강구멍을 형성할 수 있고, 시멘트모르타르·자연석·색모르타르를 일체로 성형할 수 있다.
또한, 단 1회의 양생공정으로 양면 자연석블록을 제조할 수 있으므로 생산공정이 자동화나 대량생산이 가능한 새로운 건식 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다.
