Claims (20)
- 뇌심부 목표 영역에 대한 정보를 포함하는 제1 볼륨 데이터 세트 및 뇌심부 목표 영역을 향하여 이식된 DBS(deep brain stimulation) 전극에 대한 정보를 포함하는 제2 볼륨 데이터 세트를 이용하여 DBS 전극의 뇌심부 목표 영역에 대한 위치를 파악하는, DBS 전극의 위치 판단 방법에 있어서,제1 볼륨 데이터 세트로부터 뇌심부 목표 영역에 대한 서브 볼륨을 생성하고, 제2 볼륨 데이터 세트로부터 DBS 전극에 대한 서브 볼륨을 생성하는 제1 단계;뇌심부 목표 영역에 대한 서브 볼륨과 DBS 전극에 대한 서브 볼륨을 겹쳐서 디스플레이하는 제2 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DBS 전극의 위치 판단 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,적어도 제2 단계에 앞서, 제1 볼륨 데이터 세트와 제2 볼륨 데이터 세트를 정합하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DBS 전극의 위치 판단 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,정합하는 단계는 제1 볼륨 데이터 세트와 제2 볼륨 데이터 세트 사이의 뮤추얼 인포메이션을 이용하여 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 DBS 전극의 위치 판단 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,제1 볼륨 데이터 세트는 DBS 전극의 이식 이전에 획득되며,제2 볼륨 데이터 세트는 DBS 전극의 이식 이후에 획득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 DBS 전극의 위치 판단 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,제1 볼륨 데이터 세트는 제1 모달리티를 가지며,제2 볼륨 데이터 세트를 제1 모달리티와 다른 제2 모달리티를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 DBS 전극의 위치 판단 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,제1 볼륨 데이터 세트는 MRI 이미지이며,제2 볼륨 데이터 세트는 CT 이미지인 것을 특징으로 하는 DBS 전극의 위치 판단 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,정합하는 단계에 앞서, 뇌심부 목표 영역의 보다 나은 식별을 위해 AC(inter commisural anterior commissure)-PC(posterior commissure)를 기준으로 제1 볼륨 데이터 세트를 리슬라이싱하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DBS 전극의 위치 판단 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,정합하는 단계에 앞서, 정합의 시간을 줄이기 위해 AC(inter commisural anterior commissure)-PC(posterior commissure)를 기준으로 제2 볼륨 데이터 세트를 리슬라이싱하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DBS 전극의 위치 판단 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,정합하는 단계는 제1 볼륨 데이터 세트와 제2 볼륨 데이터 세트 사이의 뮤추얼 인포메이션을 이용하여 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 DBS 전극의 위치 판단 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,제1 볼륨 데이터 세트는 MRI 이미지이며,제2 볼륨 데이터 세트는 CT 이미지인 것을 특징으로 하는 DBS 전극의 위치 판단 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,적어도 제2 단계에 앞서, 제1 볼륨 데이터 세트와 제2 볼륨 데이터 세트를 정합시키는 선형 변환 T를 찾는 단계;를 포함하며,제2 단계는 선형 변환 T를 이용하여, 뇌심부 목표 영역에 대한 서브 볼륨과 DBS 전극에 대한 서브 볼륨을 겹쳐서 디스플레이하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DBS 전극의 위치 판단 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,제1 단계는 아틀라스를 이용하여 제1 볼륨 데이터 세트로부터 뇌심부 목표 영역에 대한 서브 볼륨을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DBS 전극의 위치 판단 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,뇌심부 목표 영역은 STN(subthalamic nucleus)인 것을 특징으로 하는 DBS 전극의 위치 판단 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,뇌심부 목표 영역은 STN(subthalamic nucleus)인 것을 특징으로 하는 DBS 전극의 위치 판단 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,뇌심부 목표 영역은 STN(subthalamic nucleus)인 것을 특징으로 하는 DBS 전 극의 위치 판단 방법.
- 뇌심부 목표 영역에 대한 정보를 포함하는 제1 볼륨 데이터 세트와 뇌심부 목표 영역을 향하여 이식되는 전극에 대한 정보를 포함하는 제2 볼륨 데이터 세트를 획득하는 제1 단계;제1 볼륨 데이터 세트와 제2 볼륨 데이터 세트의 정합을 위한 상관관계를 찾는 제2 단계;제1 볼륨 데이터 세트로부터 적어도 뇌심부 목표 영역을, 그리고 제2 볼륨 데이터 세트로부터 적어도 전극을 취하여, 상관관계를 이용하여 디스플레이하는 제3 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DBS 전극의 위치 판단 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,제3 단계에서 앞서, 뇌심부 목표 영역과 전극 중의 적어도 하나를 서브 볼륨 렌더링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DBS 전극의 위치 판단 방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,제2 단계는 뮤추얼 인포메이션을 이용하여 상관관계를 찾는 것을 특징으로 하는 DBS 전극의 위치 판단 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,제1 볼륨 데이터 세트는 MRI 이미지로부터 획득되고, 제2 볼륨 데이터 세트는 CT 이미지로부터 획득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 DBS 전극의 위치 판단 방법.
- 서브 볼륨 렌더링된 뇌심부 목표 영역에 대한 정보를 포함하며, MRI 이미지로부터 획득된 화면을 디스플레이하는 제1 단계;뇌심부 목표 영역을 향하는 이식되는 DBS 전극을 추적하는 제2 단계; 그리고이식되는 DBS 전극의 위치를 서브 볼륨 렌더링된 뇌심부 목표 영역에 대하여 나타내는 제3 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DBS 전극의 위치 판단 방법.
