Claims (3)
- 보일러 몸체 내부에 연소통을 중심으로 하단부에 설치된 1차연관과 상단부에 설치된 2차연관을 포함하는 엔진 열병합발전시스템의 보일러에 있어서, 상기 연소통의 양쪽 하단부에 연소통의 고온가스부에 연결된 한쌍의 바이패스 가스유로가 설치되고, 상기 바이패스 가스유로의 바이패스통로에 연소가스의 유량을 조절할 수 있는 바이패스 유량제어밸브를 내장하고, 상기 바이패스 유량제어 밸브는 촉매층 유입연소가스 온도의 변화에 따라서 직선으로 이동하면서 바이패스 통로를 오픈 또는 클로스 하면서 개도를 변화시켜서 고온연소가스 유량을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 열병합발전소의 탈질촉매 부착 보일러의 가스온도조절장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보일러 몸체 내부에 위치하고 상기 1차연관과 2차연관 사이에 탈질촉매층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 열병합발전소의 탈질촉매 부착 보일러의 가스온도조절장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바이패스 유량제어 밸브는 밸브플러그지지베어링위에 수냉식플러그가 고정 설치되고, 상기 수냉식플러그의 한쪽단은 바이패스 가스통로를 오픈 하거나 클로스 하는 헤드가 부착되고, 다른 쪽 끝에는 고온 연소가스의 열 을 냉각할 수 있게 냉각수 입구와 냉각수출구가 형성되고, 상기 수냉식플러그가 왕복 운동할 수 있게 힌지레버를 중심으로 콘트롤모터레버가 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 열병합발전소의 탈질촉매 부착 보일러의 가스온도조절장치.
