Claims (9)
- 열기관으로부터 배출되는 배기가스를 연소용 공기의 승온에 이용하는 연소기를 구비한 열원 재이용 시스템에 있어서,열기관으로부터 배출되는 배기가스를 신선공기와 혼합시키면서 흡인함과 동시에 배기가스와 신선공기와의 혼합기체를 승압하여 연소기에 공급하는 흡인승압수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 열원 재이용 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,배기가스와 신선공기와의 혼합비율을 조절하는 조절용 댐퍼를 흡인승압수단의 상류측에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 열원 재이용 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흡인승압수단을 상기 연소기에 근접시켜 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 열원 재이용 시스템.
- 열기관으로부터 배출되는 배기가스를 연소용 공기의 승온에 이용하는 연소기를 구비한 열원 재이용 시스템에 있어서,상기 열기관으로부터 배출되는 배기가스를 2계통으로 분기하는 분기관로를 설치하고, 한쪽의 관로에는 이 관로에 신선공기를 유도하는 수단을 접속하고, 이관로에 유도된 신선공기와 배기가스가 혼합된 후에 혼합기체를 승압하여 연소기에 공급하는 흡인승압수단을 설치하고, 다른쪽의 관로는 상기 열기관으로부터 배출된 배기가스를 직접 연소기에 유도하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 열원 재이용 시스템.
- 제 4항에 있어서,배기가스를 2계통으로 분기하는 분기부의 상류측에 열기관으로부터 배출되는 배기가스가 상기 연소기에 유입하는 것을 저지하는 댐퍼수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 열원 재이용 시스템.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 열기관은 마이크로 가스터빈인 것을 특징으로 하는 열원 재이용 시스템.
- 마이크로 가스터빈으로부터 배출되는 배기가스를 연소용 공기의 승온에 이용하는 연소기를 구비한 열원 재이용 시스템에 있어서,상기 마이크로 가스터빈으로부터 배출되는 배기가스를 연소기에 유도하는 관로와;상기 가스터빈으로부터 배출되는 배기가스에 신선공기를 공급하여 혼합하는 공급수단과;혼합된 배기가스를 승압하는 팬수단과;상기 연소기에 유도된 혼합가스와 연료가 연소반응하여 발생한 열에 의해 유체를 가열하는 보일러와;상기 보일러에서 가열된 유체를 가열원으로 하는 흡수식 냉온수기를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 열원 재이용 시스템.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 신선공기공급수단은 관로로부터 분기된 제 2 관로와, 이 제 2 관로에 개재시킨 외기흡입량 조정댐퍼를 구비하고, 팬수단의 흡입측에 근접하여 유량제어댐퍼를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 열원 재이용 시스템.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 마이크로 가스터빈과 상기 신선공기의 공급수단과의 사이의 관로에 상기 연소기에 공급하는 배기가스의 양을 제어하는 외기흡입량 조정댐퍼를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 열원 재이용 시스템.
