- 가역식 압연기를 사용하여 판 두께를 제어하는 후판 압연에서의 판 두께 제어방법에 있어서,압연후 판 두께와 판 온도, 계산된 판 두께, 밀정수, 측정된 롤갭 및 압연하중에 대한 각각 다수개의 저장된 데이터들을 통계적인 방식으로 계산하여 초기치 파라미터를 연산하는 단계와,상기 초기치 파라미터를 이용하여 판 두께 계산에 필요한 판 두께 파라미터를 연산하는 단계와,상기 판 두께 파라미터와 현재 압연과정에서 측정된 롤갭을 이용하여 수식모델에 의해 판 두께를 연산하는 단계와,상기 수식모델에서 연산된 판 두께를 다음 압연과정에서 목표로 하는 판 두께로 대입 정리하여 다음 압연과정에서 설정되는 롤갭을 연산하는 단계 및,상기 연산된 롤갭만큼 다음 압연과정에서 작업롤을 이동시키고, 현재 압연과정에서 측정되고 계산되는 각각의 데이터들을 저장하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 수식모델은 다음의 (1)식으로 표현되고, 상기 (1)식에서 연산된 판 두께를 다음 압연과정에서 목표로 하는 판 두께로 대입하여 롤갭을 연산하는 (2)식은 다음과 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 후판 압연에서의 판 두께 제어방법.상기 (1), (2)식에서, α'1 ~ α'4 : 연산된 파라미터, Mc : 밀정수, Fp : 예측 계산된 압연하중, Tp : 예측 계산된 판의 온도, Tc : 상수, So : 롤갭 오프셋량, ht : 다음 압연과정에서 목표로 하는 판 두께, 상기 (1)식에서 S : 현재 압연되는 판에서 측정된 롤갭, 상기 (2)식에서 S : 다음 압연과정에서 설정되는 롤갭.
