- 전기절연성 소재로 이루어진 베이스필름(110);상기 베이스필름(110)의 상면에 구비된 카본발열체(120);상기 카본발열체(120)의 상부 양단에 적층된 적어도 한 쌍의 실버전도체(130);상기 각 실버전도체(130)의 상부에 적층된 적어도 한 쌍의 전극판(140); 및상기 카본발열체(120), 실버전도체(130) 및 전극판(140)을 커버하도록 상기 베이스필름(110)의 상면에 접합된 커버필름(150)을 포함하며,상기 실버전도체(130)는 일측은 카본발열체(120)의 상면에 접하고 타측은 카본발열체(120)의 외부로 돌출되도록 구비되고, 카본발열체(120) 외부로 돌출된 부분에 상하로 연통된 홀(131)이 형성되며,상기 전극판(140)은 내측단이 상기 실버전도체(130)의 홀(131) 상부에 위치되어 카본발열체(120) 외측에 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 면상발열체.
- 전기절연성 소재로 이루어진 베이스필름(110);상기 베이스필름(110)의 상면에 구비된 카본발열체(120);상기 카본발열체(120)의 상부 양단에 적층된 적어도 한 쌍의 실버전도체(130);상기 각 실버전도체(130)의 상부에 적층된 적어도 한 쌍의 전극판(140); 및상기 카본발열체(120), 실버전도체(130) 및 전극판(140)을 커버하도록 상기 베이스필름(110)의 상면에 접합된 커버필름(150)을 포함하며,상기 실버전도체(130)는 상하로 연통된 홀(131)이 형성되며, 상기 실버전도체(130)의 상부 및 하부에 적층된 전극판(140)과 카본발열체(120)의 각 측단부가 상기 홀(131)을 중심으로 서로 이격되게 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 면상발열체.
