- 삭제
- 배기가스를 재순환하도록 양단이 이지알(EGR)쿨러의 파이프 및 흡기매니폴드의 파이프와 연결되어 설치된 이지알(EGR)파이프를 포함하는 배기가스 재순환장치에 있어서,상기 이지알파이프(10)의 내경(D4)과 상기 이지알쿨러(20)의 파이프(21) 내경(D5) 및 상기 흡기매니폴드(30)의 파이프(31) 내경(D6)이 모두 동일한 크기를 갖도록 형성되면서;상기 이지알파이프(10)의 양단에는 바깥 둘레면에 보조관(15)이 각각 외접하여 결합되고;상기 보조관(15)은 오링(16)을 매개로 상기 이지알쿨러(20)의 파이프(21) 및 상기 흡기매니폴드(30)의 파이프(31)의 바깥쪽 둘레면과 내접하여 결합된 것;을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 재순환장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 이지알쿨러(20)의 파이프(21)의 선단과 상기 흡기매니폴드(30)의 파이프(31)의 선단에는,상기 오링(16)을 포함하여 상기 보조관(15)을 감쌀 수 있도록 확장된 직경을 갖는 원형플랜지(21a,31a)가 일체로 형성된 것;을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 재순환장치.
