Claims (4)
- 기판, 및 상기 기판의 한쪽 면에 형성된 배향막을 포함하는 전자 디바이스용 기판으로서,상기 배향막은, 복수의 세공을 갖는 무기 산화물막이고,불소 치환된 지방족 알코올을 상기 배향막의 표면 및 상기 세공의 내면에 화학 결합시켜 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디바이스용 기판.
- 기판, 및 상기 기판의 한쪽 면에 형성된 배향막을 포함하는 전자 디바이스용 기판으로서,상기 배향막은, 복수의 세공을 갖는 무기 산화물막이고,탄소수가 3 내지 5인 알코올을 상기 배향막의 표면 및 상기 세공의 내면에 화학 결합시켜 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디바이스용 기판.
- 한 쌍의 기판 사이에 액정층을 협지한 액정 패널로서, 상기 한 쌍의 기판 중 적어도 한쪽이 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 전자 디바이스용 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널.
- 제 3 항에 따른 액정 패널을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
