Claims (4)
- 일측에 공작기계에 고정 설치할 수 있는 볼트홈(111)을 포함하는 설치부(110)가 구비되고, 내부에는 마이크로 스위치 설치부(120)를 갖는 몸체(100)가 구비된 것과;상기 몸체(100)의 내부 스위치 설치부(120)에는 상부에 미세한 누름 압력 또는 터치가 발생할 경우 그에 따른 전자신호정보가 도시되지않은 장비의 컨트롤제어장치로 송신될 수 있는 터치식 마이크로 스위치(200)를 내장하고;상기 터치식 마이크로 스위치(200)가 설치된 몸(100)체 상부에는 미세한 누름 압력 또는 터치가 발생할 경우 하나의 고정포인트를 중심으로 회전작동되면서 하방의 마이크로 스위치(200)를 눌러 동작될 수 있도록 하나의 힌지핀(310)이 끼워져 고정되는 한편, 그 힌지핀(310)을 깃점으로 일측끝에는 공구날 터치부(320)가 구비되고, 대응하는 타측 끝단의 하방에는 작동량조절부(330)를 갖는 터치작동 브라켓트(300)이 설치된 것과;상기 터치작동 브라켓트(300)과 하부 몸체 사이에는 탄력기능이 부여될 수 있는 탄력 스프링(400)이 구비된 것; 을 특징으로 수치제어 공작기계용 공구날의 결함상태 자동 검출장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 몸체(100)는 제조 및 가공상의 편의를 위해 도시된 바와 같이 상기 볼트홈(111)을 갖는 설치부(120) 및 수직으로 구비하는 지지블럭(121)을 포함하는 취부 브라켓(122)과 좌우 사이드블럭(123,124)이 후측 연결편(125)으로 연결되어 일체화된 조립블럭체(126)를 각각 별도 제작한 다음 조립하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 수치제어 공작기계용 공구날의 결함상태 자동 검출장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 터치작동 브라켓트(300)의 일측에 구비하는 터치부(320)의 상면에는 공구날 끝이 터치될 때 정밀한 터치포인트 제공은 물론 마찰시의 흠집방지 등의 목적으로 재질이 다른 별도의 터치블록(321)이 추가 조립된 것을 특징으로 한 수치제어 공작기계용 공구날의 결함상태 자동 검출장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 터치작동 브라켓트(300)의 다른 일측 끝에 장치된 작동량조절부(330)에는 터치작동 브라켓트(300)이 힌지 작동되는 범위(미세간격)를 미세하게 조절할 수 있도록 간격조절볼트(331)가 구비되고, 그 조절볼트(331)의 일측부에는 조절볼트(331)의 임의 유동방지를 위한 죔나사(332)가 추가로 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 한 수치제어 공작기계용 공구날의 결함상태 자동 검출장치.
