Abstract

一种检测装置(100),该检测装置包括基座(10)、弹片(20)及检测机构(30),基座为梯台结构,包括检测面(11)和固定面(12),检测面低于固定面,弹片一端设置于固定面上且另一端延伸至检测面的上方,检测机构穿设于检测面上且朝向弹片,检测机构与处于检测面上方的弹片之间有一预设的间隔。该检测装置结构简单,能够快速的对刀具进行检测。

检测装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种检测装置。
背景技术
CNC(Computer numerical control)机台在加工时会使用大量的刀具,刀具磨损断裂情况时有发生。因此每次作业完成后需要对使用过的刀具进行检测,通常所用的检测装置是在刀具作业完成后,使刀具触碰到感应帽,感应帽内装有弹簧,经过弹簧收缩,再接触到探头(传感器),方可读出数据,通过数据读出刀具有无异常。上述检测装置结构复杂,安装繁琐,不便于对使用过的刀具进行检测。
实用新型内容
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种结构简单,便于对待检测的刀具进行快速检测的检测装置。
一种检测装置,用以对待检测的刀具进行检测,所述检测装置包括基座、弹片及检测机构,所述基座为梯台结构,所述基座包括检测面和固定面,所述检测面低于所述固定面,所述弹片一端设置于所述固定面上且另一端延伸至所述检测面的上方,所述检测机构穿设于所述检测面上且朝向所述弹片,所述检测机构与处于所述检测面上方的所述弹片之间有一预设的间隔。
进一步地,所述固定面上开设有固定孔,所述弹片上开设有弹片孔,所述检测装置还包括弹片固定件,所述弹片固定件贯穿所述 弹片孔且设于所述固定孔中以将所述弹片设置于所述固定面上。
进一步地,所述检测面上开设有检测孔,所述检测装置还包括检测固定件,所述检测机构穿设于所述检测孔中,所述检测固定件将穿设于所述检测孔中的所述检测机构固定。
进一步地,所述检测机构包括相连接的感应器及数据线,所述感应器穿设于所述检测孔中且凸出于所述检测面,所述感应器通过所述检测固定件固定,所述感应器与处于所述检测面上方的所述弹片之间有一预设的间隔,所述感应器用于感应所述弹片下压,所述数据线一端与所述感应器连接,另一端用于连接显示器。
进一步地,所述检测固定件为固定螺母。
进一步地,所述弹片固定件为固定螺钉。
进一步地,所述弹片为矽钢片。
上述检测装置结构简单,待检测的刀具下降,接触弹片后,抵持弹片继续下降,下降预设的高度后停止,通过检测机构对弹片下降接触感应器与否进行检测,从而快速的对待检测的刀具进行检测,提高了检测的效率。

请参阅图1,本实用新型提供一种检测装置100。检测装置100能够对待检测的刀具进行检测。检测装置100包括基座10、弹片20及检测机构30。弹片20设置于基座10上。检测机构30穿设于基座10上。弹片20与检测机构30之间有一预设的间隔用以检测。
请参阅图2,基座10为梯台结构。基座10包括检测面11和固定面12。检测面11低于固定面12。检测机构30穿设于基座10上且凸出检测面11。弹片20一端设置于固定面12上且另一端延伸至检测面11的上方。检测机构30与处于检测面11上方的弹片20之间有一预设的间隔。
检测面11上开设有检测孔111。检测装置100还包括检测固定件50。检测机构30穿设于检测孔111中且通过检测固定件50固定于基座10上。
检测机构30包括相连接的感应器31及数据线32。感应器31穿设于检测孔111中且通过检测固定件50固定。感应器31穿设于凸出检测面11且感应器31与处于检测面11上方的弹片20之间有一预设的间隔。感应器31用于感应弹片20下降。数据线32一端与感应器31连接,另一端连接显示器。数据线32用于传送感应器31检测到的数据并将结果显示于外接的显示器上。
固定面12上开设有固定孔121。弹片20靠近固定面12的一端设置有弹片孔21。检测装置100还包括弹片固定件40。弹片固定件40穿过弹片孔21设置于固定孔121中。弹片固定件40用于将弹片20固定于固定面12上。
可理解,在其他实施方式中,所述固定孔121、弹片孔21及弹片固定件40可以省略。弹片20可直接通过焊接或粘结设置于固定面12上。
检测原理:标准刀具从弹片20位于感应器31正上方的位置下降时,接触弹片20,然后抵持弹片20继续下降。在下降预设的高度后停止,此时下降后的弹片20刚好可以接触到感应器31。感应器31接收到信号并将信号通过数据线32传送到显示器上,表明刀具没有损坏,可以使用。若刀具已损坏,则在下降同样的预设高度后,弹片20接触不到感应器31,感应器31接收不到信号并将此结果通过数据线32传送到显示器上,表示刀具出现损坏,说明刀具不可以使用,提示作业员更换刀具。
可以理解的,所述刀具也可从弹片20偏离感应器31正上方的位置下降,所述预设高度只需稍作调整即可。
本实施例中,所述弹片20为矽钢片,但不限于此。
本实施例中,所述弹片固定件40为固定螺钉,但不限于此。
本实施例中,所述检测固定件50为固定螺母,但不限于此。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本实用新型精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本实用新型精神所做的变化,都应包含在本实用新型所要求保护的范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种检测装置,用以对待检测的刀具进行检测,其特征在于:所述检测装置包括基座、弹片及检测机构,所述基座为梯台结构,所述基座包括检测面和固定面,所述检测面低于所述固定面,所述弹片一端设置于所述固定面上且另一端延伸至所述检测面的上方,所述检测机构穿设于所述检测面上且朝向所述弹片,所述检测机构与处于所述检测面上方的所述弹片之间有一预设的间隔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的检测装置,其特征在于:所述固定面上开设有固定孔,所述弹片上开设有弹片孔,所述检测装置还包括弹片固定件,所述弹片固定件贯穿所述弹片孔且设于所述固定孔中以将所述弹片设置于所述固定面上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的检测装置,其特征在于:所述检测面上开设有检测孔,所述检测装置还包括检测固定件,所述检测机构穿设于所述检测孔中,所述检测固定件将穿设于所述检测孔中的所述检测机构固定。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的检测装置,其特征在于:所述检测机构包括相连接的感应器及数据线,所述感应器穿设于所述检测孔中且凸出于所述检测面,所述感应器通过所述检测固定件固定,所述感应器与处于所述检测面上方的所述弹片之间有一预设的间隔,所述感应器用于感应所述弹片下压,所述数据线一端与所述感应器连接,另一端用于连接显示器。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的检测装置,其特征在于:所述检测固定件为固定螺母。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的检测装置,其特征在于:所述弹片固定件为固定螺钉。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的检测装置,其特征在于:所述弹片为 矽钢片。
