Claims (3)
- 내부기어(10,20)의 회전작동(펌핑작동)에 따라 펌프하우징(100)의 입력측(IN)에서 출력측(OUT)으로 펌핑되고, 그 하우징(100) 내부의 양측에는 펌핑작동의 핵심요소인 한쌍의 기어(10,20)가 맞물림 된 회전축(30)이 삽입되어 지지되는 베어링 포켓(230)이 구비되고, 상기 베어링 포켓(230)에는 회전축(30)과 부시베어링(40)이 각각 삽설되는 통상의 오일 펌핑용 기어펌프에 있어서,상기 하우징(100) 내부의 양단에는 베어링포켓(230)이 형성된 가운데 하우징(100)의 오일 펌핑 경로 중 출력측으로 향하는 일측에 내부의 베어링 포켓(230)과 내통되는 오일 유인홈(221)이 형성되고, 그 상기 오일 유인홈(221)과 연통된 베어링 포켓(230)의 내면에는 유인홈(221)에 의해 유입된 자체 오일이 내면 원주를 따라 순환되다가 부시베어링(40)에 관통된 오일홈(41)을 통해 부시베어링(40) 내면으로 침투되어 일정한 유막이 지속 유지되게 하는 오일순환홈(222)을 형성하는 한편, 상기 오일 유인홈(221,224)과 상대측인 펌프 하우징(100)의 오일 펌핑 경로 중 입력측(IN)방향으로 향하는 위치의 일단에는 후면의 오일이 외부로 회수되는 오일배출홈(223)이 형성된 한쌍의 부시베어링하우징(200)을 설치하여,그 부시베어링하우징(200) 내에 삽입되는 회전축(30)이 입력측(IN)에서 출력측(OUT)으로 펌핑 이동되는 자체적인 고압오일이 자동 연속적으로 주입된 후 순환, 배출작용과 이어지는 회전축(30)의 고속회전 작용이 함께 맞물려 그 회전축(30)이 항시 일정한 유막위에서 회전지지 될 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 한 오일펌프 회전축의 오일 부상식 지지장치.
