Abstract
Description
수소화 촉매, 예컨대 촉매 지지체 물질 상의 VIII 족 귀금속의 존재하에 액체 용액을 수소와 접촉시켜 소정의 불순물을 다른 화합물로 수소화시키는 액상 수소화에 CTA 용액을 적용한다. 조질의 TPA의 경우, 플루오레논 및 4-CBA를 각각 플루오렌 및 p-톨루엔산으로 전환시킨다. 4-CBA의 p-톨루엔산으로의 실질적으로 완전한 전환을 가정하고 수소화 반응기로 공급되는 CTA 용액이 4-CBA 및 p-톨루엔산의 150 내지 1,100ppmw의 총합계 농도를 갖는 것으로 가정하면, 수소화 반응기(110)으로부터의 생성물 스트림중의 p-톨루엔산 단독의 농도는 존재하는 TPA를 기준으로 150 내지 1,100ppmw이다. 유사하게, 만일 수소화 반응기로 공급되는 용액중의 4-CBA 및 p-톨루엔산의 총합계 농도가 150 내지 900ppmw, 또는 150 내지 500ppmw이고, 실질적으로 4-CBA가 완전히 전환되는 경우, 수소화 반응기로부터의 생성물 스트림중의 p-톨루엔산의 농도는 각각 150 내지 900ppmw 또는 150 내지 500ppmw이다.
Claims (3)
- (1) 용매를 액상으로 유지하기 위해 46.9 내지 113절대바(bar absolute: bara)의 압력하에 260 내지 320℃에서, 존재하는 테레프탈산의 중량을 기준으로 150 내지 1100ppmw의 p-톨루엔산이 용해된 10 내지 35중량%의 테레프탈산을 함유하는 용액을 제공하는 단계;(2) 상기 단계 (1)의 용액을, 압력 및 온도의 순차적 감소에 의한 속도 제어하에 증발 냉각시켜 테레프탈산을 결정화시키는 일련으로 연결된 복수개의 결정화기를 포함하고 말단에서 용액의 압력이 상압 이하인 결정화 구역에 공급하는 단계;(3) 결정화기로부터 증발된 용액을 응축하고, 이 응축된 용매를 이를 수득한 결정화기의 후속 지점에서 결정화 구역으로 복귀시키는 단계; 및(4) 상압하에 액체-고체 분리법에 의해, 테레프탈산의 중량을 기준으로 150ppmw 미만의 p-톨루엔산을 함유하는 고체 결정질 테레프탈산을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는, 테레프탈산의 중량을 기준으로 150ppmw 미만의 p-톨루엔산을 함유하는 결정질 테레프탈산의 회수 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계 (1)의 용액이 존재하는 테레프탈산의 중량을 기준으로 150 내지 900ppmw의 p-톨루엔산이 용해된 25 내지 35중량%의 테레프탈산을 함유하고, 일련으로 연결된 복수개의 결정화기가 2 내지 8개의 결정화기로 구성되는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,제 1 결정화기의 온도가 260 내지 320℃ 범위이고, 최종 결정화기의 온도가 90 내지 110℃ 범위이고, 일련으로 연결된 복수개의 결정화기가 3 내지 6개의 결정화기로 구성되는 방법.
