Claims (3)
- 내부가 길이방향으로 관통되어 있는 바디(2), 상기 바디(2)의 후단에 설치되어 있는 엔드 커버(3), 선단에 로드커버(10) 및 범퍼헤드(9)가 결합되어 있고 내부에 챔버가 형성되어 있으며 상기 바디(2)내에서 왕복운동을 하는 피스톤로드(7), 상기 피스톤 로드(7)의 내부 챔버에서 왕복운동 가능하도록 설치되어 있으며 전방측에는 질소가스가 충전되고 후방측에는 오일이 충전되는 챔버 피스톤(8), 상기 피스톤로드(7)의 후단에 결합되어 있으며 중앙에 관통공이 형성되어 있는 피스톤(5)을 포함하는 완충기에 있어서,상기 바디(2) 후단의 엔드커버(3)에 설치되어 있으며 상기 피스톤(5)의 중앙 관통공을 관통하도록 설치되며 그 외부표면에 하나 이상의 나선형 유로(4a)가 형성되어 있는 유로 바(4), 그리고상기 유로 바(4)의 선단에 고정되어 있는 잠금너트(6)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 완충기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유로 바(4)의 나선형 유로(4a)는 시작부분이 180° 대칭의 두줄 나선인 것을 특징으로 하는 완충기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유로 바(4)의 나선형 유로(4a)는 선단에서 후단으로 갈수록 그 단면적이 적게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 완충기.
