- 측관(3)과 평행하게 배열되는 열교환장치(2)의 상류에 배기 가스 방향 조절 수단(4)이 구비되는 내연기관용 배기장치(1)에 있어서,상기 조절 수단(4)은, 상기 배기 가스를 이동시키는 도관(5)의 하류에 배치되어 두 개의 위치를 가질 수 있는 공급 밸브(8)를 포함하는 3 경로 밸브(7)로 구성되며, 상기 공급 밸브(8)는 두 개의 위치 중 제1 위치에서 가스가 상기 열교환장치(2)를 통하여 흐르도록 하고 제 2 위치에서 가스가 상기 측관(3)을 통하여 흐르도록 하며,상부 도관(5)에서 유입되는 배기 가스를 두 개의 다른 방향, 특히 열교환장치(2) 방향 및 측관(3) 방향으로 이동 방향을 결정해주는 3 경로 밸브(7)에 있어서,상기 밸브(7)는 배기 가스의 유입구(12)를 구비한 밸브의 상류 몸체부(10)와 두 개의 유출구(13,14)를 구비한 밸브의 하류 몸체부(11)로 구성된 밸브 몸체(9)를 포함하며,상기 밸브 몸체(9)의 두 몸체부(10,11)는 공급 밸브(8)를 배치한 후 조립될 수 있도록 형성되고,상기 공급 밸브(8)는 한편으로는 제1 유출구(13)의 폐쇄를 위해 제1 시트(seat)와 함께 작동하고 다른 한편으로는 제2 유출구(14)의 폐쇄를 위해 제2 시트와 함께 작동하며, 상기 각각의 시트들은 적어도 부분적으로 상기 밸브 몸체(9)의 상류 몸체부(10) 및/또는 하류 몸체부(11)의 적어도 일부분으로 구성되며,한편으로 상기 유입구(12)를 포함하는 상기 상류 몸체부(10)에는 상기 상부 도관(5)에 연결되는 유입관(25)을 포함하고, 다른 한편으로 출구(13,14)를 포함하는 상기 하류 몸체부(11)에는 상기 열교환장치(2)에 연결되는 제1 유출관(23)과 상기 측관(3)에 연결되는 제2 유출관(24)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 배기장치용 3 경로 밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 하류 몸체부(11)는 "Y"자 형태를 가지며, 상기 두 개의 유출관(23, 24)은 상기 하류 몸체부(11)를 통과하는 면에 대해 대칭적 형태를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 배기장치용 3 경로 밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 유입관(25)은 축(26)을 따라 연장되고, 상기 측관(3)에 연결된 상기 유출관(24)은 상기 유입관(25)의 축(26)과 거의 평행하게 이어서 배열되거나 또는 상기 유입관(25)의 축(26)에 대해 비스듬하게 배열되는 축(27)을 따라 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 배기장치용 3 경로 밸브.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,상기 열교환장치(2)에 연결된 상기 유출관(23)은 상기 유입관(25)의 축(26)에 대하여 측면으로, 예를 들어 수직으로 연장되며, 특히 상기 축(26)에 대해 수직으로 놓인 축(28)을 따라 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 배기장치용 3 경로 밸브.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 공급 밸브(8)는 비대칭적 형태를 가지며, 부수되는 가스에 제공되는 면적이, 상기 열교환장치(2)에 연결된 유출관(23)을 폐쇄하기 위해 배열되는 공급 밸브(8)의 부분(30)에서 보다 상기 측관(3)에 연결된 유출관(24)을 폐쇄하기 위해 배열되는 공급 밸브(8)의 부분(29)에서 더 크게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 배기장치용 3 경로 밸브.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 공급 밸브(8)는 상기 유입관(25)을 통하여 유입되는 가스 흐름을 상기 측관(3)에 연결된 유출관(24) 쪽으로 유도하기 위해 배치되는 가이드 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 배기장치용 3 경로 밸브.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 가이드 수단은 오목하게 파인 변형된 형태(31)로 구성되며, 상기 변형된 형태는 상기 공급 밸브(8)의 특히 측관(3)에 연결된 유출관(24)을 폐쇄할 수 있도록 형성된 부분(29)에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 배기장치용 3 경로 밸브.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 각각의 시트들은 부분적으로 상기 밸브 몸체의 상류 몸체부(10) 및 하류 몸체부(11)에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 배기장치용 3 경로 밸브.
