Claims (2)
- 전자파 차단 발열선에 있어서,연사된 실(110);상기 연사된 실에 1차 권선되는 발열체(120);상기 발열체에 피복되며, 열에 의해 임피던스가 변화하는 NTC 성분의 나일론 써미스터(130);상기 나일론 써미스터(130)에 권선되며, 써미스터의 임피던스 신호를 외부로 출력하고, 또한 발열체의 과열로 나일론 써미서터(130) 융해시 발열체(120)의 쇼트신호를 출력하는 감지선(140);상기 감지선(140)의 외부에 권선되는 절연 PVC 성분의 절연피복(150);상기 절연피복(150)의 외부에 그물망 형태로 크로스 권선되며, 발열체에 흐르는 전류의 반대방향으로 전류를 흘려 자기장을 상쇄시키는 동선(160) 및;상기 동선(160)의 외부에 권선되는 PVC 성분의 외부피복(170)으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기장 및 자기장 차단 발열선.
