Claims (2)
- 전자파 차단 발열선에 있어서,연사된 실(110)에 압연 된 동 또는 합금의 발열체(120)가 1차로 권선하고,발열체(120)의 열에 의해 임피던스가 변화하는 NTC성분의 나일론 써미스터(130)가 피복되며,나일론 써미스터(130)의 외부에 동선을 압연하여 2차로 감지선(140)을 권선하고,감지선(140)에 절연 PVC성분의 절연피복(150)을 형성하며,PVC성분의 절연피복(150)에 압연 된 동선(160)을 서로 크로스 되게 권선하고,크로스 된 동선에 PVC성분의 외부피복(170)을 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기장 및 자기장 차단 발열선.
- 제1항에 있어서,나일론 써미스터(130)는 발열체(120)와 감지선(140)이 열에 의해 융해되어 쇼트되게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기장 및 자기장 차단 발열선.
