Abstract
Description
図1は、ヒーター10の一例の外観を示す図である。図2は、ヒーター10のうち図1において符号「II」により示される部分の内側の構造例を示す図である。図2において、第3被覆部材23及び第4被覆部材24は断面状態が示されているが、他の要素は外観状態が示されている。図3は、ヒーター10のうち図2において断面線「III」により示される部分の断面例を示す図である。
次に、上述のヒーター10を具備する処理装置の一例について説明する。
上述のヒーター10及び加熱処理装置50は、様々な装置において、様々な用途に適用可能であり、ヒーター10及び加熱処理装置50を適用可能な装置及び用途は限定されない。以下では、一例として、袋を用いる包装システム(容器処理装置)に対してヒーター10及び加熱処理装置50が適用される場合について説明する。ただしヒーター10及び加熱処理装置50は、下述の包装システム以外の容器処理装置(例えば容器として缶を用いる容器処理装置(図示省略))に応用されてもよい。
図6は、印字装置78の一例を示す図である。図6には、印字装置78の内側の構成例が透視的に示されている。
図7は、第1ヒートシール装置84の一例を示す平面図である。なお第1ヒートシール装置84及び第2ヒートシール装置85は同じ構造を有する。
本開示は、以下の構成をとることもできる。
通電により発熱する発熱ユニットと、
前記発熱ユニットに取り付けられ、電流を前記発熱ユニットに供給する電線と、
前記発熱ユニットに取り付けられ且つ接地されるアース線と、
電気伝導体を含み、前記発熱ユニットに取り付けられ且つ接地される導電性被覆部と、
電気絶縁性を有し、前記導電性被覆部を少なくとも部分的に覆う絶縁性被覆部と、
を備えるヒーター。
前記導電性被覆部は、前記発熱ユニットの外周面に沿って延在する部分を含み、
前記絶縁性被覆部は、前記発熱ユニットの外周面に沿って延在する部分を含む、
項目1に記載のヒーター。
前記導電性被覆部は、金属を含み且つ柔軟性を有し、
前記絶縁性被覆部は、樹脂及びエラストマーのうちの少なくともいずれか一方を含む、
項目1又は2に記載のヒーター。
前記導電性被覆部は、少なくとも部分的に網目形状を有する、
項目1~3のいずれかに記載のヒーター。
漏電を検出する漏電検出部を備える項目1~4のいずれかに記載のヒーター。
項目1~5のいずれかに記載のヒーターを備え、
前記発熱ユニットは、通電により発熱する発熱体と、前記発熱体を覆うシースと、を有し、
前記絶縁性被覆部は、
前記導電性被覆部を少なくとも部分的に覆う第1絶縁被覆体と、
前記第1絶縁被覆体を少なくとも部分的に覆い、前記第1絶縁被覆体よりも小さい剛性を有する第2絶縁被覆体と、を有する、
ヒートシール装置。
インクが塗布されたインクリボンを加熱しつつ対象物に前記インクを熱転写する熱転写プリンターであって、
項目1~5のいずれかに記載のヒーターを備え、
前記発熱ユニットは、通電により発熱する発熱体と、前記発熱体を覆うシースと、を有し、
前記絶縁性被覆部は、
前記導電性被覆部を少なくとも部分的に覆う第1絶縁被覆体と、
前記第1絶縁被覆体を少なくとも部分的に覆い、前記第1絶縁被覆体よりも小さい剛性を有する第2絶縁被覆体と、を有し、
前記インクリボンは、前記発熱体から発せられる熱によって加熱される、
熱転写プリンター。
容器に対してヒートシール処理を行う項目6に記載のヒートシール装置を備える容器処理装置。
容器に対して印字処理を行う項目7に記載のプリンターを備える容器処理装置。
Claims (9)
- 通電により発熱する発熱体と、前記発熱体を覆い且つ外部に露出する部分を含むシースとを有する発熱ユニットと、
前記発熱体に接続され、電流を前記発熱体に供給する電線と、
前記発熱ユニットに取り付けられ且つ接地されるアース線と、
電気伝導体を含み、前記発熱ユニットに取り付けられ且つ接地される導電性被覆部であって、前記シースの外側に位置し、前記電線及び前記アース線が内側において延びる導電性被覆部と、
電気絶縁性を有し、前記導電性被覆部を少なくとも部分的に覆う絶縁性被覆部と、
を備えるヒーター。 - 前記導電性被覆部は、前記発熱ユニットの外周面に沿って延在する部分を含み、
前記絶縁性被覆部は、前記発熱ユニットの外周面に沿って延在する部分を含む、
請求項1に記載のヒーター。 - 前記導電性被覆部は、金属を含み且つ柔軟性を有し、
前記絶縁性被覆部は、樹脂及びエラストマーのうちの少なくともいずれか一方を含む、

前記インクリボンは、前記発熱体から発せられる熱によって加熱される、
熱転写プリンター。 - 容器に対してヒートシール処理を行う請求項6に記載のヒートシール装置を備える容器処理装置。
- 容器に対して印字処理を行う請求項7に記載の熱転写プリンターを備える容器処理装置。
