Claims (5)
- 공기흡입구와 오존 배출구가 구비된 챔버와;상기 챔버 내에 설치되어 오존 발생용 자외선을 방출하는 자외선램프와;상기 챔버 내에 설치되어 상기 자외선램프의 광 강도를 측정하는 포토튜브와;상기 자외선램프의 누적 점등시간 및 교정후 점등시간을 측정하는 타이머와;상기 자외선램프의 누적 점등시간에 따른 광 강도 예측치, 상기 자외선램프에 의하여 발생된 오존발생량과 상기 자외선램프의 누적 점등시간에 따른 오존발생량 예측치와의 오차가 최대 허용치 이내로 되도록 설정된 허용 불확실도(Δmax), 상기 누적 점등시간, 및 교정후 점등시간을 저장하는 메모리와;상기 누적 점등시간에 대응되는 광 강도 예측치와 측정된 광 강도의 차이에 의하여 광 강도 오차(ε)를 계산하고, 직전 교정주기(To)에 상기 허용 불확실도(Δmax)와 상기 광 강도 오차(ε)와의 비를 곱하여 결정되는 잔존 교정시간(Tcal)을 계산하는 마이컴과;상기 계산된 잔존 교정시간(Tcal)을 표시하는 디스플레이수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오존측정기 교정용 오존발생장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 메모리에 저장될 값을 입력하는 입력수단을 포함하는 오존측정기 교정용 오존발생장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 자외선램프의 누적 점등시간에 따른 광 강도 예측치는 직전 교정시 얻어진 광 강도 오차(ε)를 반영하여 업데이트되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오존측정기 교정용 오존발생장치.
