- 하기 구조식 1의 비이온성 우레탄 아크릴레이트를 가교반응시킴으로써 생성된 양친성 가교 고분자 나노입자를 포함하는 수용액과 토양을 혼합하여 교반하고, 토양입자가 가라앉을 때까지 정치한 후, 상등액을 제거함으로써 토양을 세척하되,상기 양친성 가교 고분자 나노입자 수용액은 양친성 가교 고분자 나노입자를 100~1000ppm의 농도로 포함하며,상기 토양은 점토 토양인 것을 특징으로 하는 ex-situ방식으로 토양의 유류오염을 제거하는 방법.[구조식 1]상기 구조식에서 m과 n은 각각 1~49의 자연수로서 m+n=4~50이고, l은 6~30의 자연수이다.

- 제3항에 있어서,상기 비이온성 우레탄 아크릴레이트는 질소분위기 하에서 트리올과 디이소시아네이트를 혼합하여 70℃에서 4시간 동안 교반 반응시킨 후, 하이드록시 메타크릴레이트를 첨가하여 반응시킨 다음, 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드를 첨가하여 교반 반응시킴으로써 제조하며,상기 트리올:디이소시아네이트:하이드록시 메타크릴레이트:폴리에틸렌 옥사이드의 혼합비율은 1:3:2:1의 몰비인 것을 특징으로 하는 ex-situ방식으로 토양의 유류오염을 제거하는 방법.
