Claims (9)
- 스택형 발전소자를 포함하고 있는 파우치형 이차전지에 있어서, 상기 스택형 발전소자는 다수의 전극탭들을 정렬한 후 전극 단자(리드)에 융착(welding)하여 연결하고, 상기 스택형 발전소자 중 전극 집전체의 상단부 및 그로부터 돌출되어 전극 리드와 결합하는 전극탭에서 전극 활물질이 도포되어 있지 않은 전극의 무지부 전체에 전기 절연성의 코팅층이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 전기 절연성의 코팅층은 고분자 수지에 무기물이 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅층은, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에테르이미드, 폴리아세탈, 폴리술폰, 폴리에테르에테르케톤, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 폴리스티렌, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리실록산, 폴리이미드, 이들의 선택적 공중합체, 이들의 선택적 혼합물의 고분자 수지로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 수지는 폴리이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 무기물은 SiO2, TiO2, Al2O3, ZrO2, SnO2, CeO2, MgO, CaO, ZnO, Y2O3, Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 (PZT), Pb1-xLaxZr1-yTiyO3 (PLZT), PB(Mg3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3 (PMN-PT), BaTiO3, hafnia (HfO2), SrTiO3, 또는 이들의 둘 또는 그 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅층의 두께는 0.1 ㎛ 내지 100 ㎛ 의 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅층은 딥핑(dipping)법, 딥 코팅(deep coating)법, 분사코팅(spray coating)법, 스핀코팅(spin coating)법, 롤코팅(roll coating)법, 다이코팅(die coating)법, 롤 코트(roll court)법, 그라비아 인쇄법, 또는 바 코트 (bar court)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 리튬이온 전지 또는 리튬이온 폴리머 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
