Claims (7)
- 양극/분리막/음극 순서로 적층되어 있는 전극조립체를 포함하고 있는 이차전지로서, 전극 탭들은 전극조립체의 각 전극의 극판으로부터 연장되어 있고, 양극 탭 부근의 음극판의 상단의 높이가 음극 탭 부근의 음극판의 상단의 높이보다 더 낮도록 음극판 상단에 단차가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 양극 탭 부근의 양극판에도 그것의 상단 높이가 음극 탭 부근의 양극판의 상단 높이보다 낮게 단차가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 단차 부위의 양극판 상단의 높이는 음극판 상단의 높이보다 더 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단차의 폭은 전극판의 전체 폭을 100으로 할 때 2 내지 10인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단차부의 길이는 탭 부위를 제외한 전극판의 전체 길이를 100으로 할 때 이에 대하여 10 내지 40인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 적층형 전극조립체를 포함하는 각형 또는 파우치형 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 파우치형 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
