Claims (8)
- 발전소자가 파우치형 전지 케이스의 수납부에 안착되는 구조의 파우치형 리튬 이차전지로서,전지의 낙하 또는 외부의 물질적 충격의 인가에 의해 발전소자가 파우치형 전지 케이스에서 이동하는 것을 억제하여 내부 단락을 방지하기 위한 돌출부가, 발전소자의 전극 탭이 전극 리드와 결합되는 부위를 제외한 위치에서, 상기 수납부의 내측 상단의 양 측부에 대칭적으로 형성되어 있고,상기 발전소자가 수납부에 안착될 때, 발전소자의 양측 상단부가 상기 돌출부의 하단과 밀착되는 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 파우치형 전지 케이스는 수납부가 형성되어 있는 케이스 본체와 그러한 본체에 일체로서 형성되어 있는 덮개로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 파우치형 전지 케이스는 본체와 덮개에 각각 수납부가 형성되어 있고, 본체와 덮개를 결합시켰을 때 각각의 수납부에 의해 만들어지는 수납 공간이 발전소자의 두께에 상응하는 크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차전지.
