Claims (10)
- 서열번호 4의 아미노산 서열로 이루어지는 폴리펩타이드를 코딩하는 mgfp-5(Mytilus galloprovincialis foot protein-5) 유전자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 mgfp-5 유전자는 서열번호 3의 염기서열로 이루어지는 것인 유전자.
- 서열번호 4의 아미노산 서열로 이루어지는 Mgfp-5 단백질.
- 제 1항에 따른 mgfp-5 유전자를 포함하는 벡터.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 벡터는 pMDG05(KCTC 10291BP)인 것인 벡터.
- 제 4항의 벡터로 형질전환된 형질전환체.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 형질전환체는 원핵생물유래 세포 또는 진핵생물유래 세포인 것인 형질전환체.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 형질전환체는 E. coli BL21/pMDG05인 것인 형질전환 체.
- 제 6항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 따른 형질전환체로부터 생산된 재조합 Mgfp-5.
- (a) 제 1항 또는 2항의 mgfp-5 유전자를 발현가능하도록 포함하는 pMDG05(KCTC 10291BP) 벡터를 제조하는 단계;(b) 상기 pMDG05 벡터를 숙주세포에 형질전환하여 형질전환체를 제조하는 단계;(c) 상기 형질전환체를 배양하고, 재조합 Mgfp-5의 발현을 유도하여 재조합 Mgfp-5를 생산하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 재조합 Mgfp-5를 분리 및 정제하는 단계를 포함하는 Mgfp-5 생산방법.
