Claims (6)
- 구동모터와,압축공기가 저장되는 에어탱크와,상기 구동모터와 에어탱크 사이에 위치하며, 외부공기를 흡입한 후 압축하여 상기 에어탱크로 압축공기를 이송하는 실린더와,상기 에어탱크에 저장된 압축공기가 역류하는 것을 방지하기 위한 체크밸브와,상기 압축공기가 에어탱크의 저장용량을 채운 후 상기 실린더와 에어탱크를 연결하는 파이프에 존재하는 압축공기를 외부로 배출하기 위한 솔레노이드밸브를 포함하여 이루어진 왕복동 에어컴프레셔에 있어서,상기 에어탱크에서 생성되는 응축수를 자동으로 배출하기 위한 자동배수장치가 구비되되,상기 자동배수장치는,일면에 상기 응축수가 배수되는 배수구가 형성되며, 상기 배수구를 개방 또는 폐쇄하는 밸브가 구비된 몸체와,상기 파이프와 연통되어 파이프의 압력에 의해 좌우로 이동하면서 상기 밸브를 가압하는 가압축으로 이루어지되,상기 밸브와 가압축에 전달되는 압력의 차이에 의해 상기 밸브가 좌우로 이동하면서 에어탱크에서 유입된 응축수를 상기 배수구로 이송시켜 자동배수되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동 에어컴프레셔용 자동배수장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 몸체에는,상기 실린더와 에어탱크를 연결하는 파이프와 연통하여 상기 파이프의 내부압력과 동일한 압력을 상기 몸체에 전달하는 커버가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동 에어컴프레셔용 자동배수장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 몸체에는,상기 에어탱크에 연결되어 상기 에어탱크의 내부 압력과 동일한 압력을 상기 몸체에 전달하며, 상기 에어탱크에서 생성된 응축수가 유입되는 연결부재가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동 에어컴프레셔용 자동배수장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 커버에는,상기 파이프에서 전달되는 압축공기에 포함된 습기 및 이물질을 차단하기 위한 필터가 구비되고,상기 필터를 통과한 압축공기의 속도를 상승시키기 위한 관로가 형성되고,상기 관로를 통과한 압축공기에 의해 가압축을 가압할 수 있도록 관로에 비해 단면적이 넓은 격막이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동 에어컴프레셔용 자동배수장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 몸체에는 상기 밸브를 가압하는 스프링을 더 구비하여 상기 밸브가 몸체에 형성된 배수구를 폐쇄하는 위치에 대기하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동 에어컴프레셔용 자동배수장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가압축은 밸브에 삽입 결합되는 중심축과, 상기 중심축과 일체로 형성되며 파이프에서 전달된 압력이 맞닿는 헤드로 이루어지며,상기 중심축에는 상기 몸체의 내벽과 상기 중심축이 맞닿는 것을 방지하고, 상기 중심축의 원활한 이동을 위한 지지부재가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동 에어컴프레셔용 자동배수장치.
