Claims (9)
- 마이크로 웨이브를 출사하는 웨이브 소스;상기 웨이브 소스로부터 출사된 웨이브가 진행하여 주파수 공진을 일으키는 유전체 공진기;상기 유전체 공진기의 상면에 형성된 샘플을 탑재하기 위한 샘플 수용 홈;상기 유전체 공진기에서 상기 샘플과 상호 작용한 후 출력된 웨이브를 검출하는 검출부;상기 유전체 공진기로부터 반사된 반사파를 분석하는 회로망 분석기;를 포함하고,상기 샘플 수용 홈은 상기 유전체 공진기의 두께의 1/2에서 유전체 공진기의 두께보다 작은 범위의 깊이를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플의 농도 측정 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유전체 공진기의 양측에 마이크로 스트립 라인이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플의 농도 측정 시스템.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 마이크로 스트립 라인은 직각으로 굽은 형태를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플의 농도 측정 시스템.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 유전체 공진기의 임피던스가 50Ω을 유지하도록 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플의 농도 측정 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 샘플 수용 홈은 원통형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플의 농도 측정 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 샘플은 NaCl 용액 또는 글루코스 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플의 농도 측정 시스템.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 샘플 수용 홈에 용액 샘플을 넣을 때 용액의 높이를 검출하는 센서를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플의 농도 측정 시스템.
