Abstract
Description
상기 제어 알람을 지연시키는 단계는 적응식 리셋 제어기가 이중 센서 온도 제어기에 저장된 리셋값을 적용하는 경우 새로운 리셋값을 트리거하는 것을 지연하는 것이다.
또한, 상기 제어 알람을 지연시키는 단계는 첫번째 선택 시간동안 상기 이중 센서 온도 제어기로부터 새로운 리셋값을 트리거하기 위한 기준을 지연하는 것이다. 상기 지연을 위한 선택 시간은 4분이다.
상기 제어 알람을 지연시키는 단계는 실제 온도에서 진동을 방지하는 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 압출기 온도 제어 방법은 상기 압출기 바렐에서의 온도가 예정된 시간동안 변화에 대해 안정한 경우, 논리 회로를 통해 상기 실제 스크류 속도의 리셋값을 습득하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다. 상기 논리 회로를 통해 습득하는 단계는 (a) 상기 실제 스크류 속도가 변화에 대해 안정하고, (b) 안정한 속도 변화가 두번째 선택 시간동안 유지되고, (c) 적응식 리셋 제어기가 리셋 한계에 도달하지 않고 상기 리셋 한계를 세번째 선택 시간 동안 유지하고, (d) 리셋이 가능하고, (e) 적응식 리셋이 가능한 경우, 변화에 대해 안정한 적응식 리셋을 구축하는 단계를 포함한다. 상기 두번째 선택 시간과 상기 세번째 선택 시간이 각각 1분인 것이 바람직하다.

Claims (10)
- 하나 이상의 열 교환 수단을 갖는 압출기 바렐에서 압출기 스크류에 대한 실제 스크류 속도를 감지하는 단계;각각 온도 리셋값에 대응하는 복수의 스크류 속도를 인덱스화하고, 저장하는 단계;상기 실제 스크류 속도를 상기 저장된 각각의 스크류 속도와 비교하는 단계;상기 복수의 저장된 스크류 속도의 하나를 선택하되, 상기 선택된 스크류 속도가 상기 실제 스크류 속도에 가장 대수적으로 동등한 값을 갖는 복수의 저장된 스크류 속도의 일원이며, 상기 선택 단계가 선택되고 저장된 스크류 속도에 대응하는 온도 리셋값을 검색하는 단계; 및상기 열 교환 수단에 대해서 상기 검색된 온도 리셋값에 응답하는 제어 출력 드라이버 신호를 발생시키는 단계를 가지며,열 교환 수단에 대한 제어 출력 드라이버 신호를 발생시키는 단계가 최대 용량인 경우, 예정된 시간 동안 제어 알람을 지연시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기 온도 제어 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 알람을 지연시키는 단계는 적응식 리셋 제어기가 이중 센서 온도 제어기에 저장된 리셋값을 적용하는 경우 새로운 리셋값을 트리거하는 것을 지연하는 것인 압출기 온도 제어 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제어 알람을 지연시키는 단계는 첫번째 선택 시간동안 상기 이중 센서 온도 제어기로부터 새로운 리셋값을 트리거하기 위한 기준을 지연하는 것인 압출기 온도 제어 방법.
