Abstract
Description
본 발명에 따른 압출기 온도 제어기에서, 적응식 리셋 제어기가 저장된 리셋 값을 이중(dual) 센서 온도 제어기로 적용하는 경우 상기 제어 알람을 지연시키는 수단은 새로운 리셋 값의 트리거(trigger)를 지연시킨다. 또한, 상기 제어 알람을 지연시키는 수단은 첫번째 선택된 시간동안 상기 이중 센서 온도 제어기로부터 상기 새로운 리셋 값을 트리거하기 위한 기준을 지연시킨다. 상기 지연을 위해 선택된 상기 시간은 4분이다. 상기 제어 알람을 지연시키는 수단은 실제 온도의 진동(oscillation)을 방지한다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 압출기 온도 제어기에서, 상기 압출기 바렐의 온도가 예정된 시간 동안 변화에 대해 안정한 경우 상기 실제 스크류 속도의 새로운 리셋 값을 습득하는 논리 회로를 추가로 포함한다. 상기 논리 회로는 (a)상기 실제 스크류 속도가 변화에 대해 안정하고, (b)안정한 속도 변화가 두번째 선택된 시간 동안 유지되며, (c)적응식 리셋 제어기가 리셋 한계에 도달하지 않고 세번째 선택된 시간 동안 상기 리셋 한계가 유지되며, (d)리셋이 가능해지고, (e)적응식 리셋이 가능해지는 경우, 변화에 대해 안정한 적응식 리셋을 달성하기 위한 수단을 갖는다. 상기 두번째 선택된 시간 및 세번째 선택된 시간이 각각 1분이다.
본 발명에 따른 압출기 온도 제어기에서, 압출기 시스템의 작동중에 상기 비교 및 선택 수단은 (a) 작동 온도 리셋 값을 각각의 상기 실제 스크류 속도에 대응시키고, (b) 상기 실제 스크류 속도를 상기 대응하는 온도 리셋 값과 함께 상기 인덱싱 및 저장 수단으로 입력한다.
Claims (11)
- 하나 이상의 열교환 수단을 가진 압출기 바렐 내의 압출기 스크류의 실제 스크류 속도를 감지하는 수단;각각의 저장된 스크류 속도가 온도 리셋 값에 대응하는 복수의 스크류 속도를 인덱싱하고 저장하는 수단;(i) 실제 스크류 속도를 상기 각각의 저장된 스크류 속도와 비교하고, (ii) 상기 저장된 스크류 속도중 하나를 선택하며, 상기 선택되고 저장된 스크류 속도에 대응하는 상기 온도 리셋 값을 검색하는 비교 및 선택 수단(여기서, 상기 선택된 스크류 속도는 실제 스크류 속도에 대수적으로 가장 대등한 값을 가지는 복수의 저장된 스크류 속도중 하나이다);상기 비교 및 선택 수단으로부터 검색된 온도 리셋 값에 응답하는, 상기 열 교환 수단에 대한 제어 출력 드라이브 신호를 발생시키는 수단; 및상기 열교환 수단에 대한 제어 출력 드라이버 신호를 발생시키는 수단이 최대 용량에서 작동하는 경우 예정된 시간동안 제어 알람을 지연시키는 수단을 포함하는 압출기 온도 제어기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적응식 리셋 제어기가 저장된 리셋 값을 이중(dual) 센서 온도 제어기로 적용하는 경우 상기 제어 알람을 지연시키는 수단이 새로운 리셋 값의 트리거(trigger)를 지연시킴을 특징으로 하는 압출기 온도 제어기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어 알람을 지연시키는 수단이 첫번째 선택된 시간동안 상기 이중 센서 온도 제어기로부터 상기 새로운 리셋 값을 트리거하기 위한 기준을 지연시킴을 특징으로 하는 압출기 온도 제어기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 지연을 위해 선택된 상기 시간은 4분임을 특징으로 하는 압출기 온도 제어기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제어 알람을 지연시키는 수단은 실제 온도의 진동(oscillation)을 방지함을 특징으로 하는 압출기 온도 제어기.
