- 삭제
- 차량이 시동되면 ECU에서 브레이크 페달 스위치의 온/오프 상태를 체크하여 현재 브레이크 페달 스위치가 오프상태이면 제동 상태가 아닌 것으로 판단하는 단계(12)와,브레이크 페달 스위치가 오프상태이면, 악셀러레이트 페달 스위치의 온/오프 여부를 감지(14)함과 아울러 차속이 10Km/h 이상인지를 체크하여 현재 차량이 주행 상태인지를 파악하는 단계(16)와,차량이 주행중이라고 판단되면 압력센서의 압력이 15bar 이하(18)이고, 압력센서의 압력 변화량이 30초간 2bar 이하이면 오프셋 보정 상태로 판단하는 단계(20)와,압력센서 오프셋 보정 상태로 판단되면 오프셋 보정 카운터를 증가시킴(22)과 아울러 오프셋 보정 카운터가 규정치 이상 지속되는지를 판단하는 단계(26)와,오프셋 보정 카운터가 규정치 이상 지속되면 그 동안의 보정 카운터의 평균을 구하고 이 값을 압력센서 오프셋 배열에 추가하며 저장(28)된 오프셋 배열들의 평균값을 구하여 이를 오프셋값으로 사용하는 단계(30)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 마스터실린더 압력센서 오프셋 보정방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기한 브레이크 페달 스위치의 신호가 온/오프로 변화될 때 브레이크 페달 스위치가 채터링하면 비정상으로 판단하고 채터링하지 않으면 정상 상태로 판단하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 마스터실린더 압력센서 오프셋 보정방법.
