Claims (5)
- 삭제
- 암반 또는 지중에 그라우팅 재료로 피복되어 매설된 록볼트;상기 록볼트의 일단에 설치되어 상기 록볼트의 일단면에 부착된 황동 디스크, 및 상기 황동 디스크에 부착된 세라믹 디스크(ceramic disk)가 각각 전극에 연결되어 탄성파를 발생시키기 위한 가진 수단;상기 록볼트의 타단에 설치되어 상기 탄성파를 수집하는 수진 수단;전기신호를 발생시켜 상기 가진 수단에 가하여 진동을 발생시켜 상기 가진 수단이 상기 탄성파를 발생시키도록 유도하기 위한 펄스 발생수단;상기 수진 수단에 의해 수집된 탄성파를 분석하기 위한 조사수단; 및상기 펄스 발생수단을 제어하고, 상기 탄성파의 정보를 저장하기 위한 제어수단을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 록볼트의 그라우팅 결함 측정 시스템.

- a) 암반 또는 지중에 매설된 록볼트의 일단에 설치되어 상기 록볼트의 일단면에 부착된 황동 디스크, 및 상기 황동 디스크에 부착된 세라믹 디스크(ceramic disk)가 각각 전극에 연결된 가진 수단에 연결된 펄스 발생수단을 통해 전기신호를 발생시켜 상기 가진 수단에 가하는 단계;b) 상기 가진 수단의 의해 상기 전기신호에 의한 진동을 발생시켜 탄성파를 발생시키는 단계;c) 상기 록볼트의 타단에서 수진 수단을 통해 상기 탄성파를 수진하고, 수진된 탄성파의 속도 데이터를 컴퓨터에 저장하는 단계; 및d) 상기 컴퓨터에 저장된 탄성파의 속도 데이터와 기준 속도 데이터를 비교하여 록볼트의 공동(空洞)결함 및 그라우팅의 건전도를 추정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 록볼트의 그라우팅 결함 측정방법.
