Description
Claims (14)
- 터보기계에 있어서:배면 중앙에 돌기부를 갖는 컴프레서 임펠러;이 컴프레서 임펠러의 돌기부에 형성된 바닥이 있는 결합구멍에 끼워맞추어지는 구동축; 및이 구동축의 끼워맞춤부에 따른 상기 돌기부의 외주 부분에, 상기 구동축과 동심상으로 끼워맞추어지는 통형상 부재를 구비하고,상기 통형상 부재는, 상기 컴프레서 임펠러보다 선팽창계수가 작은 재료에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보기계.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 돌기부의 바닥이 있는 결합구멍과 상기 구동축의 끼워맞춤은, JIS B 0401에 규정되는 억지 끼워맞춤이며,상기 돌기부와 상기 통형상 부재의 끼워맞춤은, JIS B 0401에 규정되는 중간 끼워맞춤 또는 헐거운 끼워맞춤인 것을 특징으로 하는 터보기계.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구동축에는 단차상의 어깨부가 형성되고,이 어깨부와 상기 컴프레서 임펠러 사이에는, 상기 구동축에 삽입된 슬리브가 끼워져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보기계.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 슬리브는, 상기 구동축의 어깨부와 상기 컴프레서 임펠러 사이에서, 축방향으로 면압을 받은 상태에서 끼워져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보기계.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 슬리브에는, 상기 통형상 부재가 일체로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보기계.
- 제4항에 있어서:상기 구동축을 회전가능하게 지지하는 하우징;상기 구동축에 고정되는 스러스트 칼라; 및이 스러스트 칼라 및 상기 슬리브의 사이에 끼워져서 상기 하우징에 고정되는 스러스트 베어링을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보기계.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 슬리브에는, 상기 하우징과의 사이에서 윤활유 및 고압공기를 밀봉하는 밀봉수단이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보기계.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 슬리브와 상기 구동축에는, 서로 결합함으로써 회전 방향으로의 미끄러짐을 억제하는 제1 미끄러짐 억제수단이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보기계.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 통형상 부재와 상기 컴프레서 임펠러에는, 서로 결합함으로써 회전 방향으로의 미끄러짐을 억제하는 제2 미끄러짐 억제수단이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보기계.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 컴프레서 임펠러와 상기 구동축에는, 서로 결합함으로써 회전 방향으로의 미끄러짐을 억제하는 제3 미끄러짐 억제수단이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보기계.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 컴프레서 임펠러에는,상기 구동축 및 상기 바닥이 있는 구멍의 끼워맞춤 상태와, 상기 돌기부 외주 부분 및 상기 통형상 부재의 끼워맞춤 상태의 분리를 용이하게 하는 탈착 수단이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보기계.
