Claims (9)
- 作動流体を圧縮するための軸流圧縮機であって、
筒部と、前記筒部の周囲に形成された翼部とを備えたロータと、
前記ロータの一端面に接触する第1押え部材と、
前記ロータの他端面に接触する第2押え部材と、
前記第1押え部材、前記ロータの前記筒部及び前記第2押え部材を貫通するロータ軸部と、
前記第1押え部材及び前記第2押え部材によって前記ロータを挟み込んだ状態で前記第1押え部材及び前記第2押え部材を前記ロータ軸部に固定する固定部と、を備え、
前記ロータ軸部は、前記筒部と接触せず、かつ、
前記ロータ軸部は、前記筒部の少なくとも一部を構成する材質よりも低い線膨張係数を有する材質で構成されている軸流圧縮機。 - 前記作動流体は水蒸気である請求項1に記載の軸流圧縮機。
- 前記ロータの少なくとも一部を構成する材質は、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金である請求項1に記載の軸流圧縮機。
- 前記ロータは、前記動翼を前記ロータ軸部の軸方向に複数有し、
少なくとも最上流段の動翼を除いた動翼がアルミニウム製又はアルミニウム合金製である請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の軸流圧縮機。 - 前記最上流段の動翼は、アルミニウム製又はアルミニウム合金製であり、かつ陽極酸化被膜処理が施されている請求項4に記載の軸流圧縮機。
- 前記最上流段の動翼は、チタン製、チタン合金製、ステンレス製又はステンレス合金製である請求項4に記載の軸流圧縮機。
- 前記ロータは、軸方向に配置される複数の動翼と、隣り合う前記動翼間にそれぞれ配置されるスペーサとを有し、
前記スペーサと前記動翼とは別体に形成されるとともに互いに嵌合されている請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の軸流圧縮機。 - 前記ロータ軸部が貫通している前記ロータの内側空間には円板状部材が設けられ、前記ロータ軸部はこの円板状部材を貫通している請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の軸流圧縮機。
- 前記ロータ軸部は、チタン製又はチタン合金製である請求項8に記載の軸流圧縮機。
