Claims (5)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,R1 및 R2는 서로 독립적으로 CH3, CF3, C2H5, CH(CH3)2 및 C(CH3)3로부터 선택되며, R3 및 R4는 서로 독립적으로 수소, CH3, CF3, -CHF2, C2H5, -CH2CF3, CH(CH3)2 및 C(CH3)3로부터 선택되고, m은 1 또는 2인 것을 특징으로 하는 게르마늄 아미노알콕사이드 화합물.
- 하기 화학식 2의 게르마늄 화합물과 하기 화학식 3의 아미노알콕사이드 알칼리 금속 염 화합물을 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 화학식 1의 게르마늄 아미노알콕사이드 화합물의 제조방법.[화학식 1][화학식 2]GeX2(dioxane)[화학식 3]MOCR1R2(CH2)mNR3R4상기 화학식 1 내지 화학식 3에서, R1 및 R2는 서로 독립적으로 불소로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C1-C7의 선형 또는 분지형 알킬기이며; R3 및 R4는 서로 독립적으로 수소이거나, 불소로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C1-C7의 선형 또는 분지형 알킬기이고, X는 Cl, Br 또는 I이고; M 은 Li, Na 또는 K이며; m은 1 내지 4의 정수이다.
