Abstract
Description
Claims (26)
- 기판 상에 절연층, 히터들 및 전극들을 순차적으로 형성하는 단계;상기 절연층 상에 다수의 잉크챔버을 가지는 챔버층을 적층하는 단계;상기 기판 및 절연층에 잉크공급을 위한 잉크피드홀을 형성하는 단계;다수의 노즐을 가지며, 하면에는 감광성 물질로 이루어진 접착층이 형성된 노즐층을 마련하는 단계; 및상기 챔버층 상에 상기 노즐층을 접합시키는 단계;를 포함하고,상기 노즐층을 마련하는 단계는, 노즐플레이트를 준비하는 단계; 상기 노즐플레이트의 하면에 상기 접착층을 형성한 다음, 이를 패터닝하는 단계; 및 패터닝된 접착층을 통하여 노출된 노즐플레이트를 식각함으로써 다수의 노즐을 가지는 노즐층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 노즐층은 상기 접착층을 상기 챔버층의 상면에 접착 본딩(adhesivie bonding)시킴으로써 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 잉크피드홀은 레이저 가공(laser machining)에 의하여 상기 기판 및 절연층을 관통하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 노즐플레이트로는 실리콘 웨이퍼 또는 유리기판이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 챔버층은 상기 접착층과 동일한 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 챔버층에는 상기 잉크피드홀과 잉크챔버들을 연결하는 다수의 리스트릭터(restrictor)가 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 히터들 및 전극들을 형성한 다음, 상기 절연층 상에 상기 히터들 및 전극들을 덮도록 보호층(passivation layer)을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특 징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 보호층을 형성한 다음, 상기 히터들의 상부에 위치하는 상기 보호층 상에 캐비테이션 방지층(anti-cavitation layer)을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
- 기판 상에 절연층, 히터들 및 전극들을 순차적으로 형성하는 단계;상기 절연층 상에 다수의 잉크챔버를 가지는 챔버층을 적층하는 단계;상기 기판 및 절연층에 잉크공급을 위한 잉크피드홀을 형성하는 단계;투명한 물질로 이루어져 있으며, 하면에는 감광성 물질로 이루어진 접착층이 형성된 노즐플레이트를 마련하는 단계;상기 노즐플레이트를 상기 챔버층 상에 접합시키는 단계;상기 접착층을 패터닝하는 단계; 및패터닝된 상기 접착층을 통하여 노출된 상기 노즐플레이트를 식각함으로써 다수의 노즐을 가지는 노즐층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 노즐플레이트는 상기 접착층을 상기 챔버층의 상면에 접착 본딩시킴으 로써 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 잉크피드홀은 레이저 가공에 의하여 상기 기판 및 절연층을 관통하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 접착층을 패터닝하는 단계는, 상기 노즐 플레이트의 상부에 노즐 패턴이 형성된 포토마스크를 마련하는 단계; 상기 포토마스크를 통하여 상기 접착층을 노광하는 단계; 및 상기 노광된 접착층을 현상하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 노즐플레이트로는 유리기판이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 챔버층은 상기 접착층과 동일한 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 챔버층에는 상기 잉크피드홀과 잉크챔버들을 연결하는 다수의 리스트릭터가 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 히터들 및 전극들을 형성한 다음, 상기 절연층 상에 상기 히터들 및 전극들을 덮도록 보호층을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 보호층을 형성한 다음, 상기 히터들의 상부에 위치하는 상기 보호층 상에 캐비테이션 방지층을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
