Claims (11)
- (a) 산성형태의 수용성 고분자 0.1 내지 15 중량부 및 (b) 음이온성 계면활성제 5 내지 20 중량부와 (c) 알칼리빌더 10 내지 70 중량부를 중화하여 수득한 중화 산물; 및(d) 케이킹 방지제 0.5 내지 10 중량부를함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 겉보기 밀도가 0.6g/ml 이하인 저밀도 분말세제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산성형태의 수용성 고분자는 아크릴릭산 중합체, 말레익산 중합체, 메틸메스아크릴릭산 중합체 및 이들의 공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 저밀도 분말세제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음이온성 계면활성제는 라우릴벤젠술폰산, 알파-올레핀 술포네이트, 소디움 라우릴 설페이트 및 소디움 라우릴에톡실레이티드 설페이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 저밀도 분말세제 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 음이온성 계면활성제는 라우릴벤젠술폰산인 것을 특징으로 하는 저밀도 분말세제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리빌더는 탄산나트륨, 중탄산나트륨 및 황산나트륨으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 저밀도 분말 세제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 케이킹 방지제는 비중이 0.05 내지 0.5g/ml인 실리카인 것을 특징으로 하는 저밀도 분말세제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 (d) 비이온성 계면활성제 5 내지 20 중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저밀도 분말세제 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 (e) 연화제 5 내지 40 중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저밀도 분말세제 조성물.
- 별도의 건조공정 없이 산성분과 염기성분의 중화반응으로 발생하는 열에 의하여 건조되는 저밀도 분말세제 조성물의 제조방법으로서,(S1) 상기 산성분으로서 산성형태의 수용성 고분자와 음이온성 계면활성제를 준비하고, 염기성분으로서 알칼리빌더를 준비하는 단계;(S2) 상기 산성형태의 수용성 고분자 0.1 내지 15 중량부와 음이온성 계면활성제 5 내지 20 중량부를 알칼리빌더 10 내지 70 중량부와 혼합하여 중화하는 단계; 및(S3) 상기 (S2)단계에서 수득한 중화 산물에 케이킹 방지제를 0.5 내지 10 중량부의 함량으로 더 첨가하여 혼합하는 단계;를포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 겉보기 밀도가 0.6g/ml 이하인 저밀도 분말세제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 산성형태의 수용성 고분자는 아크릴릭산 중합체, 말레익산 중합체, 메틸메스아크릴릭산 중합체 및 이들의 공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 저밀도 분말세제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 케이킹 방지제는 비중이 0.05 내지 0.5g/ml인 실리카인 것을 특징으로 하는 저밀도 분말세제 조성물의 제조방법.
