Claims (8)
- 기판 상에 형성되는 복수개의 셀;상기 복수개의 셀 외곽에 형성되어 러빙 시 기판의 진행방향에 평행하도록 형성된 엔딩 포인트 검침 윈도우를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복수개의 셀은 상기 기판 상에 가로 세로의 매트릭스 형태로 각각 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 엔딩 포인트 검침 윈도우는 상기 러빙 공정 시 기판의 진행 방향에 대하여 횡단면적이 최소임을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 엔딩 포인트 검침 윈도우는 하나의 상기 셀에 대응되도록 각각 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 하부 기판 상의 복수개의 셀 내에 게이트 배선 및 게이트 전극을 형성하는 공정;상기 게이트 전극을 포함하는 상기 하부 기판 상에 게이트 절연막을 형성하는 공정;상기 게이트 절연막 상에 반도체층을 형성하는 공정;상기 반도체층 및 게이트 절연막 상의 양측에 각각 소스/드레인 전극, 데이터 배선 및 상기 복수개의 셀 외곽에 일방향의 엔딩 포인트 검침 윈도우를 형성하는 공정;상기 엔딩 포인트 검침 윈도우가 형성된 상기 하부 기판 상에 보호막을 형성하는 공정;상기 드레인 전극의 상측 보호막을 제거하여 콘택홀을 형성하는 공정;상기 콘택홀을 통하여 상기 드레인 전극과 전기적으로 연결되는 화소전극을 형성하는 공정;상기 화소전극이 형성된 상기 하부 기판에 폴리이미드계 물질을 도포하고 상기 하부 기판을 상기 엔딩 포인트 검침 윈도우가 형성된 방향과 일치하는 방향으로 진행하여 배향막을 형성하는 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 보호막은 상기 드레인 전극 및 엔딩 포인트 검침 윈도우 상에 동일한 두께를 갖도록 형성함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 콘택홀의 형성과 동시에 상기 엔딩 포인트 검침 윈도우 상측의 보호막을 제거하여 테스트 홀을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 배향막의 형성 공정 시 상기 하부 기판을 이동시키고 상기 배향막을 러빙하기 위한 러빙롤은 상기 하부 기판과 평행하도록 고정되어 고속으로 회전함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 제조 방법.
