Claims (7)
- 유도식 센서를 포함하는 신호 센서에서의 극 반전을 검출하기 위한 방법이며, 서로로부터의 동일한 거리를 갖는 소정 개수의 동일한 각도 표시부를 구비한 센서 디스크를 스캐닝하는 단계와, 각도 표시부의 플랭크에 의하여 각각 생성되며 평가 수단 내에서 방형파 신호로 변환되는 양과 음의 반파를 갖는 출력 신호를 송출하는 단계와, 제1 전환 임계점의 도달 시마다 제1 레벨 변화가 이루어지고 소정의 제2 전환 임계점의 도달 시마다 제2 레벨 변화가 이루어지며 레벨 변화들 사이의 시간적 거리가 극 반전을 검출하기 위하여 평가되는 단계와, 센서 디스크에는 두 개의 인접한 각도 표시부들 사이에 더 큰 거리에 의하여 표시되는 기준 표시부를 제공하는 단계와, 기준 표시부의 영역 내에서 소정의 레벨 변화의 시간적 거리가 예측된 시간적 거리에 대응하지 않으면 극 반전이 검출되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 극 반전을 검출하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 센서 디스크의 회전수가 소정의 조건을 만족시키고 소정의 회전수보다 높으면, 극 반전 검출이 수행되는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 극 반전을 검출하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 0-교차에 대응하는 제2 전환 임계점을 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 극 반전을 검출하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 평가 수단 내에서 생성되어 경우에 따라서는 이전의 신호에 따라 조정되는 소정의 양의 전압인 제1 전환 임계점을 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 극 반전을 검출하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 저에서 고로의 방형파 신호의 레벨 변화의 시간적 거리가 두 개의 통상의 각도 표시부들 상의 저 레벨의 시간보다 짧은 경우에, 극 반전의 검출이 이루어지는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 극 반전을 검출하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 미리 결정된 시간에 따라 형성된 타임 슬롯이 설정되고, 예측된 신호 플랭크가 타임 슬롯 내에서 발생하는 지가 검사되고, 그렇지 않은 경우에 극 반전이 검출되는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 극 반전을 검출하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 평가 수단은 요구되는 시간 측정을 수행하는 마이크로 프로세서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 극 반전을 검출하기 위한 장치.
