- 광섬유(2)가 보강심(3)에 의해 지지되고 그 외주면에 내피(4)와 외피(5)가 권취되어 피복되는 통상의 통신케이블(6)의 상기 내피(4)의 내부에 개재되어 내외피(4)(5)를 용이하게 절취할 수 있도록 된 립코드사(1)의 외주면에는 방수성의 고흡수성수지 겔(gel)(7)이 코팅되어 있는 방수 립코드사에 있어서;립코드사(8)를 비중 1.24∼1.25, 온도 4℃의 조건하의 방수성의 고흡수성수지 겔(gel)이 충수된 코팅통을 통과시켜 외주면에 고흡수성수지 겔(7)이 도포되는 도포공정(S1)과;상기 도포공정을 통해 고흡수성수지 겔(7)이 외주면에 도포된 립코드사(8)를 120℃에서 20-30sec동안 열풍건조하는 제1건조공정(S2)과;상기 제1건조공정을 통해 1차건조된 립코드사(8)를 0℃에서 20-30sec동안 풍속 4m/min의 조건하에 냉풍건조하는 제2건조공정(S3)과;상기 제2건조공정을 통해 2차건조된 방수 립코드사(1)를 권취하는 권취공정(S4)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신케이블용 방수 립코드사의 제조방법
