Abstract
Description
여기서 상기 메인 바디(10)의 동작에 필요한 전자소자는 메인 바디(10) 안의 광원이 나오는 레이저 다이오드(11)와 광원이 입사되는 핀 포토 다이오드(15)를 동작시키는 일련의 회로소자들을 지칭하는 것이다.
상기 레이저 다이오드(11)에서 광원이 나오게 하려면 주변에 레이져 다이오드(11)를 동작시킬 수 있는 회로소자가 필요하며, 마찬가지로 핀 포토 다이오드(15)로 입사된 광이 전류로 바뀌어서 주변의 회로로 검출시키는 회로소자가 필요하다.
이때, 레이저 다이오드(11)를 동작시키는 회로의 대표적인 것으로는 오토 파워 컨트롤(Auto Power Control)회로가 있으며 이 회로를 구성하는 회로소자들은 일반적인 트랜지스터, OP-amp, 저항 등이 있다.
또한, 핀 포토 다이오드(15)에서 나온 전류를 전압으로 변환하는 회로가 필요한데 이 회로를 구성하는 회로소자도 마찬가지로 트랜지스터, OP-amp, 저항 등이 있고 이 소자들을 이용한다.
따라서, 상기 메인 바디(10)의 동작에 필요한 전자소자는 상기에서 상술한 바와 같이 레이저 다이오드(11)와 핀 포토 다이오드(15)를 동작시키는 일련의 회로 소자들을 나타내는 것이다.
