技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于半导体光电器件、光电模块领域和光电子各个领域中的BiDi-FC型小型化光电收发模块。
背景技术
对于光电通信用光电收发模块,传统上采用分立的发射模块和接收模块,相对于光电通信模块小型化的趋势要求,现有器件的外形体积已经满足不了要求,需要新的BiDi-FC型光电模块实现小型化的要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种结构紧凑、体积小、功耗低的BiDi-FC型小型化光电收发模块。
本发明的BiDi-FC型小型化光电模块包括一个PCB板,一个小型化FC BOSA接收模块和一个小型化FC BOSA发射模块集成在PCB上。
本发明在一个PCB板上实现接收和发射两个光器件集成在一个电路中,达到小型化、低功耗、低成本。

具体实施方式
