背景技术
现有的10G-XFP光电器件中,接收模块和发射模块各自独立设置,在光电通信模块小型化的趋势和高速高容量的要求下,现有的外形体积和性能已经满足不了要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种结构紧凑、体积小、成本低的10G-XFP光电收发模块。
本发明的10G-XFP光电收发模块是采用小型化TOSA、ROSA并集成在一个PCB板上。
本发明将现有的封装重新设计成小型化模块,可将发射和接收封装在一起,从而可减小体积、成本降低、降低功耗。
