Abstract
Description
상기 캐비티는 제1사출성형물이 성형되는 제1캐비티와 상기 제1사출성형물을 수용하여 제2사출성형물을 성형하는 제2캐비티를 포함하고,
상기 제1캐비티는 경사 함몰부를 포함하며, 상기 경사함몰부는 제2사출성형물의 두께가 급격히 얇아지는 절곡부위의 하부캐비티를 이루는 제1사출성형물의 절곡부위를 형성하는 제1캐비티 상측 함몰부에 위치하여,
상기 제1캐비티에 의해 성형되는 제1사출성형물의 절곡부위가 경사지게 성형되므로 제2사출성형물이 갑작스런 살두께 차이로 인해 사출물이 이색되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

- 상부고정판과 상기 상부고정판에 수용되는 고정측 형판을 포함하는 상부금형과 하부가동판과 상기 하부가동판에 수용되는 가동측 형판을 포함하는 하부금형을 포함하고, 상기 상부금형과 하부금형이 결합시 상기 상부고정판과 상기 하부가동판 사이에 규정되는 일정공간인 캐비티에 용융수지를 주입하여 사출물을 성형하는 금형에 있어서,상기 캐비티는 제1사출성형물이 성형되는 제1캐비티와 상기 제1사출성형물을 수용하여 제2사출성형물을 성형하는 제2캐비티를 포함하고,상기 제1캐비티는 경사 함몰부를 포함하며, 상기 경사함몰부는 제2사출성형물의 두께가 급격히 얇아지는 절곡부위의 하부캐비티를 이루는 제1사출성형물의 절곡부위를 형성하는 제1캐비티 상측 함몰부에 위치하여,상기 제1캐비티에 의해 성형되는 제1사출성형물의 절곡부위가 경사지게 성형되므로 제2사출성형물이 갑작스런 살두께 차이로 인해 사출물이 이색되는 것을 방지하는 살두께 조정을 통한 사출물 이색방지 금형
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제2캐비티에 연결되는 게이트는 만곡된 형상을 가지면서 상기 제2캐비티와 접할 수 있도록 하여 상기 게이트를 통해 캐비티로 유입되는 용융수지의 사출압력을 줄여 플로우 마크가 발생되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 살두께 조정을 통한 사출물 이색방지 금형
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제2캐비티에 연결되는 만곡된 형상의 게이트는 상기 제2캐비티와 접하는 부위에서 하향으로 절곡되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 살두께 조정을 통한 사출물 이색방지 금형
