Claims (8)
- 원자로 노심의 상측에 배치되는 고정 프레임(10); 및상기 고정 프레임(10)에 설치되며, 하단부에 장착된 제어봉(2)을 상기 원자로 노심에 삽입하기 위한 자유낙하시, 상기 제어봉(2)에 대한 낙하충격을 완화시키도록 구성되는 완충수단(40);을 포함하며,상기 완충수단(40)은,상기 고정 프레임(10)에 고정되며, 상부가 개구된 수직형 메인 실린더(42);상기 메인 실린더(42) 내측에 배치되고, 상기 메인 실린더(42)에 대해 상하운동 가능하도록 구성되는 메인 피스톤(44);상기 메인 피스톤(44)을 통과하여 고정되며, 하단부에는 제어봉(2)이 장착된 피스톤 로드(48); 및상기 제어봉(2)의 낙하구간 종반에 상기 제어봉(2)에 대한 낙하충격을 더욱더 완화시키기 위해, 상기 메인 실린더(42) 내측의 상기 메인 피스톤(44) 하측에 배치된 완충부(60);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어봉 낙하 완충장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 완충수단(40)은,상기 메인 피스톤(44)에 원주방향으로 배치된 적어도 하나 이상의 피스톤홀(44a)이 형성되며,상기 피스톤홀(44a)의 개폐 정도를 조절하기 위해, 상기 피스톤홀(44a)과 대응되는 유량조절공(46a)을 가지며 상기 메인 피스톤(44) 상면에 접하여 회전가능하도록 구성되는 유량조절 부재(46)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어봉 낙하 완충장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 피스톤 로드(48)는,길이방향으로 관통홀(48a)이 형성되며, 상기 관통홀(48a)과 연통되도록 길이방향으로 일정간격 이격되어 배치된 로드공(48b)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어봉 낙하 완충장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 완충부(60)는,상기 메인 실린더(42) 내측에 배치되고 상기 피스톤 로드(48)가 통과되며, 일측에 외부와 연통되는 배출홀(62d)이 형성되고, 상기 피스톤 로드(48)에 대해 상하운동 가능하도록 구성되는 완충 실린더(62);상기 완충 실린더(62) 내측에 배치되며, 상기 피스톤 로드(48)가 통과되어 고정되는 완충 피스톤(64); 및상기 완충 피스톤(64)과 상기 완충 실린더(62)의 내측 하단부 걸림턱(62e) 사이에 설치되어, 상기 완충 피스톤(64)에 대해 상측으로 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성 부재(66);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어봉 낙하 완충장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 완충부(60)는,상기 완충 실린더(62)의 내면을 감싸도록 설치된 실린더 라이너(65)를 더 포함하며,상기 실린더 라이너(65)는 상광하협되도록 테이퍼진 것을 특징으로 하는 제어봉 낙하 완충장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 메인 실린더(42)의 내측 하면에는 완충 패드(68)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 제어봉 낙하 완충장치.
