Claims (3)
- 실리콘 패드의 제조방법에 있어서,하면에 아크릴 접착층(11)과 이형지(12)가 순차 적층된 PET 시트(10)를 준비하고, PET 시트(10) 상면에 플라즈마 처리를 하여 상면 표면에 미세한 요철을 생성시키는 표면처리공정(S1)과;상기 표면처리가 완료된 PET 시트(10) 상면에 프라이머(13)를 도포하는 프라이머 도포공정(S2)과;상기 프라이머(13)가 도포된 PET 시트(10)를 코팅장치(100)에 거치한 다음, 코팅장치(100)에 형성된 벨트(110)로 이송시킴과 동시에 PET 시트(10)의 상면으로 실리콘(20)을 코팅하는 코팅공정(S3)과;PET 시트(10)의 상면으로 코팅된 실리콘(20)의 두께를 롤러(120)로 조정하고, 경화로(130)를 통해 실리콘(20)을 경화시켜 실리콘 시트(30)를 형성하도록 하는 경화 및 마무리공정(S4)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 패드의 제조방법.
