Claims (6)
- 드릴 작업을 통해 내면에 나팔관 형태의 걸림턱을 갖는 결합홈이 형성된 외장재 또는 벽체에 결합하기 위한 앵커 볼트에 있어서,설치시 상기 결합홈에 끼워지는 삽입 단부와 상기 결합홈의 외부로 노출되는 노출 단부를 가지되 상기 노출 단부를 그 길이방향으로 관통하는 관통공의 지름이 상기 삽입 단부를 관통하는 관통공의 지름보다 작아 관통공의 중간 구간에 단턱이 형성되며, 상기 삽입 단부의 끝단으로부터 일정 구간까지에는 일정 각도 간격으로 절개된 슬릿이 형성되는 한편 상기 노출 단부의 외주에는 수나사가 형성된 슬리브;내주에는 암나사가 형성되는 한편 외주는 경사진 원뿔대 형상으로 이루어지되 작은 지름을 갖는 측의 끝단이 상기 슬리브의 삽입 단부의 끝에 일정구간 삽입되도록 조립되어 상기 슬리브에 끼워지면 끼워질수록 슬릿이 형성된 삽입 단부의 지름이 확장되도록 장착된 확장너트; 및볼트 머리의 직경은 상기 슬리브의 노출 단부에 형성된 수나사에 체결되는 너트의 내직경보다 작은 직경을 가지며 나사부의 길이는 상기 슬리브의 길이보다 짧은 길이로 형성되어 상기 슬리브의 관통공에 나사부가 끼워진 상태에서 나사부의 끝단이 확장너트와 나사결합되는 조임볼트를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 앵커 볼트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조임볼트에는 렌치 공구가 끼워지기 위한 렌치 홈이 형성되는 한편 그 외주에는 미끄럼방지 널이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 앵커 볼트.
- 제 1 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브의 삽입 단부의 끝단부 외주에는 일정 깊이의 절곡홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 앵커 볼트.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 절곡홈은 상기 결합홈의 걸림턱으로 말리면서 원활하게 밀려 들어가도록 호형으로 형성하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 앵커 볼트.
