Claims (12)
- 형광물질과 광변색 화합물의 혼합물 10∼30 중량%와 매트릭스 고분자 90∼70 중량%를 용매에 용해시킨 용융물을 기판 위에 코팅하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비-손실 기록 판독이 가능한 형광 메모리용 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형광물질은 최대 흡수파장이 410∼430 nm이고, 최대 형광 발광파장이 450∼700 nm이며, 최대 흡수파장과 최대 형광 발광파장의 차이(Stokes' Shift)가 20∼290 nm 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 비-손실 기록 판독이 가능한 형광 메모리용 필름.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 형광물질은 여기 상태 분자내 양성자 전이 화합물(excited-state intramolecular proton-transfer (ESIPT) compound)로서 2,5-bis(5'-tert-부틸-벤조옥사졸-2'-yl)히드로퀴논(DHBO)인 것을 특징으로 하는 비-손실 기록 판독이 가능한 형광 메모리용 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광변색 화합물은 400 nm 미만 파장의 자외선으로 조사 할 때 색상을 발현하는 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 비-손실 기록 판독이 가능한 형광 메모리용 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 광변색 화합물은 1,2-bis(2'-메틸-5'-페닐-3'-thienyl)퍼플루오로시클로펜텐(BP-BTE)인 것을 특징으로 하는 비-손실 기록 판독이 가능한 형광 메모리용 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형광물질과 광변색 화합물은 중량비로 1 : 1∼10 비율로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비-손실 기록 판독이 가능한 형광 메모리용 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스 고분자는 410∼430 nm 파장의 가시광선을 조사하였을 때 형광이 발현되지 않는 고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 비-손실 기록 판독이 가능한 형광 메모리용 필름.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스 고분자는 PMMA(폴리메틸메타크릴레이트), PE(폴리에틸렌), PS(폴리스티렌), 및 PET(폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트)로 이루어지 는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나의 고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 비-손실 기록 판독이 가능한 형광 메모리용 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형광 메모리용 필름은 on/off 형광 스위칭 비(on/off fluorescence switching ratio)가 250 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 비-손실 기록 판독이 가능한 형광 메모리용 필름.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제9항의 어느 한 항에 따른 형광 메모리용 필름을 400 nm 미만 파장의 자외선을 조사하여 광변색 화합물의 색상이 발현되고 형광물질의 형광이 소멸되어 기록을 생성하고[writing 또는 quenching 과정]; 그리고410∼430 nm 파장의 가시광선을 조사하여 형광물질의 형광 기록을 판독하는[reading 과정];단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비-손실 기록 판독 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항의 어느 한 항에 따른 형광 메모리용 필름을 400 nm 미만 파장의 자외선을 조사하여 광변색 화합물의 색상이 발현되고 형광물질의 형광이 소멸되어 기록을 생성하고[writing 또는 quenching 과정];410∼430 nm 파장의 가시광선을 조사하여 형광물질의 형광 기록을 판독하는[reading 과정]; 그리고450 nm 이상의 가시광선을 조사하여 광변색 화합물의 색상이 소멸되고 형광물질의 형광이 발현되는[erasing 과정];단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비-손실 기록 재생 방법.
