Claims (6)
- 지중에 천공된 구멍에 양생 되지 않은 그라우트(grout)를 충전하고, 그라우트가 양생 되기 이전에 그라우트 내부에, 금속분말과 금속염을 혼합한 급팽창금속혼합물을 기폭하여 부분 확공과 동시에 확공된 부분에 그라우트를 충전시킴에 있어서,상기 급팽창금속혼합물은 일반합성수지 카트리지(103)에 함입한 후, 급팽창금속혼합물의 기폭에 필요한 초기 압력 조건을 만들어 주기 위하여 이를 다시 밀폐된 강철재 압력용기(105, 107a, 107b), 섬유강화 프라스틱 압력용기 또는 폴리카보네이트(Polycarbonate) 압력용기에서 선택된 내압(耐壓) 밀폐 압력용기 내에 삽입한 것을 특징으로 하는 확장 구근을 갖는 지중 파일 시공 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 급팽창금속혼합물은 금속 분말과, 상기 금속 분말을 자신이 가지고 있는 산소 원자에 의하여 고온에서 산화시키는 금속염을 질량비 0.1:99.9 - 99.9:.1의 비율로 혼합한 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 확장 구근을 갖는 지중 파일 시공 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 금속염은 금속질산염, 금속과염소산염, 금속과산화염, 금속산화염, 금속수산염, 금속탄산염, 금속황산염 중 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 확장 구근을 갖는 지중 파일 시공 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 금속 분말은 알루미늄(A1), 나트륨(Na), 칼륨(K) 리튬(Li), 마그네슘(Mg), 칼슘(Ca), 망간(Mn), 바륨(Ba), 크롬(Cr), 규소(Si) 중 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 확장 구근을 갖는 지중 파일 시공 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제3항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 1항의 시공 방법에 의하여 시공된 확장 구근을 갖는 지중 파일.
