Claims (11)
- 서열번호 1로 기재되는 아미노산 서열을 가지는 비생물적 스트레스 내성 단백질을 구성하는 폴리펩티드.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 고추 식물체로부터 유래된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩티드.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 비생물적 스트레스는 건조 또는 고염 스트레스인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩티드.
- 제 1항의 폴리펩티드를 코딩하는, 하기 (a) 또는 (b)의 폴리뉴클레오티드:(a) 서열번호 1로 기재되는 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 단백질을 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드; 및(b) 서열번호 2로 기재된 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 제 4항의 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 발현벡터.
- 제 4항의 폴리뉴클레오티드를 숙주에 도입하여 제조한 형질전환체.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 숙주는 원핵세포, 진핵세포 및 가지과 식물체인 것을 특징으로 하는 형질전환체.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 가지과 식물체는 고추, 단고추, 담배, 토마토, 방울토마토, 감자, 구기자, 꽈리 및 페튜니아인 것을 특징으로 하는 형질전환체.
