A combined structure of a brake pad and a cover shim for a caliper assembly is provided to remove a coining process during a pad process, to improve combining force between the cover shim and the pad, and to reduce noise by forming a curved part on the clip and preventing the clip from being interfered from the pad. A combined structure of a brake pad(1) and a cover shim for a caliper assembly has a clip(4).
