Claims (4)
- 리니어모션가이드에 있어서,중간부에는 상향 개방된 길이방향의 안내구간을 그리고 양쪽 측면 또는 상면에는 가이드레일을 형성하여서 된 몸체(100);상기 몸체(100)의 가이드레일을 따라 슬라이드 왕복 이동하는 이동블럭(200);상기 몸체(100)의 안내구간에 제공되며 일측에 제공된 구동수단을 통해 정역 회전되는 스크류(300);상측의 양측 날개부(410)(420)가 상기 이동블럭(200)에 결합되며, 하측에 상기 스크류(300)를 전후방으로 안내하는 한 쌍의 안내관(430)(440)이 형성되고, 상기 날개부(410)(420) 사이에 상기 몸체(100)의 안내구간을 커버하는 스틸커버(500)가 안내되도록 스틸커버 안내홈(450)이 형성되는 스크류 가이더(400);상기 전후방 안내관(430)(440) 사이에 제공되며 상기 스크류(300)와 나선결합되어져 상기 스크류(300)의 정역회전시 상기 이동블럭(200)을 이동시키게 되는 스크류너트(600);상기 스크류 가이더(400)의 안내관(430)(440)에 각기 나사 결합되면서 각각 일측이 상기 스크류너트(600)의 양쪽면을 고정하게 되며, 상기 스크류(300)가 통과하도록 안내홀이 형성되는 고정관체(700);를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 볼스크류형 리니어모션가이드.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스크류 가이더(400)의 스틸커버 안내홈(450) 전후방에는 상기 스틸커버(500)가 면밀착되어 상향과 하향으로 슬라이드 안내되도록 서로 대칭된 라운딩면이 형성된 제1서포터(800)가 더 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 볼스크류형 리니어모션가이드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 스크류너트(600)가 상기 스크류 가이더(400)에 대해 회전이 방지되도록 서로 키(660)결합됨을 특징으로 하는 볼스크류형 리니어모션가이드.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 이동블럭(200)은,전후방에 합성수지재의 수지캡(220)이 각각 고정 결합되도록 하고, 상기 수지캡(220)에 상기 스틸커버(500)가 슬라이드 안내되어 상기 스크류 가이더(400)의 스틸커버 안내홈(450)으로 안내될 수 있도록 라운딩면(910)이 형성된 제2서포터(900)가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 볼스크류형 리니어모션가이드.
