Claims (5)
- 충방전기에 있어서,충방전기에 설치되는 지지프레임과;상기 지지프레임을 따라 전후진가능하게 설치되며, 양측에 관통된 복수의 가이드공이 배치되는 회로기판과;상기 가이드공에 끼워져 일면이 상기 지지프레임에 고정되는 지지대와;상기 회로기판에 분리가능하게 결합됨과 동시에 상기 지지대 사이에 배치되며, 상기 회로기판의 동작에 따라 상기 가이드공과 지지대의 간격만큼 전후되어 배치된 전지의 전극편을 탄성지지하는 접지그리퍼로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 충방전용 그리퍼.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회로기판은 길이방향으로 일정한 간격을 두고 양측에 복수의 가이드공이 배치되고, 상기 가이드공 사이에 배치되며, 상기 접지그리퍼의 일단부를 고정하는 장공 및 끼움공이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 충방전용 그리퍼.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접지그리퍼는 상측에 일부가 절개된 결합부를 갖는 메인접지부와,상기 결합부 사이에 보조접지부가 배치되어, 각각 분리된 상태로 상기 전극편을 다단식으로 접지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 충방전용 그리퍼.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 메인 및 보조접지부는 지그재그로 절곡되며, 일측에는 상기 회로기판의 장공과 끼움공에 결합되는 걸림편과 지지편이 형성되며, 타측에는 전극편의 일면을 압지하는 고정돌기가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 충방전용 그리퍼.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 고정돌기는 톱니형상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 충방전용 그리퍼.
